This is a charming historic church in the lovely Cotswold village of Icomb near Stow-on-the-Wold. It dates to the 12th century with some Norman elements, with later additions. Among other things, it possesses the prominent tomb of Sir John Blaket, a prominent early-15th-century knight connected to the royal household and King Henry V, who became a member of parliament and prominent local figure. It has an interesting tile floor in excellent condition and other details. Evidently, despite being a small and seemingly simple rural chapel, it is a Grade I-listed building, due to many details. read more
