I am a home grown Oxford native. I had to return to town in order to care for my 86 year old…read moremother. I was ANGRY at the change in my home town.....a high school (Seymore Wildcats have my heart), now Oxford has one and 3!! traffic lights! I was 3 years behind the Haynes boys, and who would have believed that they were smart enough to become filthy rich? I guess raping Oxford was okay at the time. In any event, I found something AWESOME about having to return to HAPPY HAYNES HORRIBLE HACK THE HILL ....EVERYWHERE town! Trust me, not a chance in HELL those pretty (stupid) boys pulled it off on their own! OK. Back to the good news, I found a wonderful, up-to-date PCP! Robin Mahabar! He is wonderful. He is not running a DRIVE THROUGH PRACTICE! I was ready to find a reason to be angry with him....just because his building was new. SHAME ON ME! SHAME ON THE HAYNES BOYS, however, shame on the idiots that are on their payroll and let Oxford become a WANNA BE SNOBBY TOWN! I NEED TO GET A GRIP! Dr Mahabar is absolutely wonderful! Make an appointment, he is already scheduled out for 8 weeks or such for a physical however, he will see a new patient, and actually DOSE DOCTOR THINGS. ..HE EVEN TAKES YOUR BP HIMSELF! GO GET A GREAT FAMILY PCP!

Although, 4 or 5 bags of Dunkin Donuts whiled in. Then McDonald's which you know every chowed in. Take a brake fine but one would think that drinking those surgery drinks and/or coffee, you would get your spirit back and put the meddle yo the metal and go. Not this crew. I guess the were either all performing surgery or enjoying their drinks. I don't know. But what I do know, it blew their mind when I call the head of ER, to find out behind the curtain. What a kerfuffle. I do also love all the cars parked along side the hospital that has 2 hr parking, they do not move either - cops roll - eh who cares if they only handicapped spaces are inside mollt . Their is a large stone molt. Good going on that for the handicap crowd . They get to play tag with drivers in car while they try and cross the road. Nice planning.go Team! However, this visit actually caused me to turn around and leave before even being checked in. When a patient walks into a facility, they should be acknowledged in some way, not totally ignored while the receptionist is sitting at the front desk eating her crackers. If this is the face St. Mary's wants to put forward, they are doing a great job! But in my opinion it was the most rude thing a receptionist could do-act as if you do not exist. I turned around and left and went to another walk in clinic in Oxford where I was greeted with a friendly smile and respect. St. Mary's, come on now , you can do better than this person you have on the front desk on Saturday morning. Perhaps more training is needed for your front line people?

Although Dr. Hillsman was very thorough in her report summarizing the state of my spine and…read moreextremities following a motor vehicle accident [MVA], she treated me like a total stranger on the day of the examination. Dr. Hillsman or her staff did not generate a comprehensive report of the incident unless I pushed for it, and the report finally became available to me (patient) 3 months after Dr. Hillsman's in-office examination and almost six months after the MVA. Plus, the comprehensive report had mistakes in it. It needed to be revised, which took even more time than what was described above. I am not so sure other patients will demonstrate the same amount of patience as I have.
