Then I took my first life-changing SMRT class in Dec 2021 in Augusta. (I've taken 2 now.) After the first day, I went back to my hotel room and SOBBED for an entire hour because I realized how much SMRT was going to change my life as a therapist, saving my career, and as a client. But the biggest reason I sobbed was because of how much I knew what a difference it was going to make in my clients' lives!!
