Constructing Building Advancements contacted us and was willing to come out to give a better estimate. The others did an over the phone estimate based on the parameters I gave them. Jeremiah Henry came out from Constructing Building Advancements and had the best bid plus we felt comfortable dealing with him as he was knowledgeable and had the skills to do the job.
