I was there because I needed medication refills and brought up the fact that I needed my Xanax refilled. Tell me why she only refilled my Xanax after telling me she can't write it sent in a baby dose to try to wean me off of it did not refill any of my everyday meds. Was too busy and in a hurry about leaving at noon and then saying she needs to see me again within the week when her nurse said she has told her multiple times that her schedule is booked out for the month so to say less, I would not recommend this doctor

He reported I had high cholesterol scores which could lead to stroke heart attack, and he then proceeded to go over the 30 other blood test results and when I wanted to go back to the one that he flagged as a problem high cholesterol and he said oh, he already told me the score. Very dismissive. I tried writing down the scores he told me don't bother he would give me the sheet. He asked why I wasn't coming every six months and I said I wasn't aware there was a problem. I asked to see last year's score and they couldn't do that due to a computer glitch. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask questions I told him I didn't appreciate that and then he stated it seemed we're having problems communicating. At that point I just said we've always had this problem and then he just got up left room and terminated me as a patient. When I first started seeing him his niece would come into write notes on each visit. I recommend he go back to that.

My AM nurse " Christina" second floor was and continues to shine in her career. She takes the time to come explain everything in person. I've only had 1 bad experience here in the hospital. But that is more evidence that they hire only the best. Even if you ask for medicine which is too early she takes the time to come tell you in person not just ignore you until the exact time on MARS YOU truly shine in your field, it shows and may not hear it enough but THANK YOU!!!! I also received a routine pelvic exam by Dr. Wilkinson which I felt was done very aggressively, I felt her fingernails stab into me and I reacted quickly and was clearly in pain and my pain was almost completely disregarded. I know that the pain I experienced is not normal for a routine exam but she acted as if it was. I could still feel where her fingernails stabbed hours later and felt cramping for the rest of the day. I also attempted to receive an IUD here about a year ago, also from Dr. Wilkinson, and agreed to have a student in the room to observe, however the student began rubbing my arm as if to comfort me, and was no longer even observing the actual medical procedure. I did not want her anywhere near me. It was not appropriate especially since I already had my mother there with me.

I have insurance but I noticed their "pay" price list is super reasonable. I paid $650 for my baby's X-ray at the hospital but here I can get an MRI for $275. That's so affordable!!!! But really the people are my favorite part.
