I expressed we were disappointed for the misleading ad. She was so aggressive in her tone and had NO interest in showing us anything, didn't even offer to. I asked for her name and she replied "I'm a manager" with an eye roll. Well "Manager" I work in the service industry at a very popular restaurant. Word or mouth is very powerful in a small town.
