Their website advertises free consultations, but after taking all of my information, I was told the consultation would cost $400. When I mentioned that the website states consultations are free, I was told that "no lawyers do free consultations." The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable from the start. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect the professionalism I would expect from a law office.

Straight up let me begin with lawyers suck! but on that note I have used 3 different lawyers going…read morethrough my divorce. By far Dret was the best. He listen to what I had to say he got back to me quickly on information and most important the man is a genius in the court. He gives a little and takes a lot! So he isn't cheap but I haven't found a cheap lawyer yet, but at least you know you will get what you paid for. I have paid the same for the other two lawyers I had and they sucked. I have learned after 3 years if I have to get a lawyer Dret is the man to go to. Never again will I try to look around or find someone else. Just a side note my ex-wife works me in court every time we go for whatever reason. But Dret is the only lawyer I had where she did not get what she wanted. He saved my retirement, my investments, and alimony and most important got me good custody of my children. No other lawyer has preformed as well.

Well the other party hired Dret, which is conflict of interest- we had gone through same thing couple yrs earlier with diff attorneys, we had called & talked to quite a few before hiring Lauser, the other party tried hiring one we talked to & Lauser brought it up to court & she was told she would have to get a lawyer we had not talked to.. but this time our own lawyer (Ludwig, who I will be filing complaint as well) would not say anything. Plus the other party had moved to Utah & the child was residing there, which Dret either just wanted her $ & an easy win cause of the bias & conflict of interest w/ the judge, or did tell the other party & the other party didnt want to cause Shasta County courts were already in her favor with her lies to the courts.. so we did not get to go to trial cause we would not have had a fair trial due the attorneys not trying to help & the bias in the courts. Dret and the other attorney should be held accountable as well as the judge Gary Gibson (if I can file complaint on him too) because now the children have been left in a bad environment where they get mistreated.. Dret is a snake. My husband had talked to him about our case & about the illegal/biased things judge Gibson was doing (waited to call our case last then say he Personally called the other party on SATURDAY to notify of court date.. my husband, me & his mom were in the court room but we were only ones cause he called us last) then my job offered a discount for legal help & we went with someone else. Well he ended up taking the mothers case knowing the biased against my husband, so he Knew it would be an easy win. Plus we were told lil later into it that he should have told the client to file in the state she was in-child has been with her he is resident of that state... so either he told her & she did not want to or he just never told her... Ive filed complaints due to misconduct & I will be posting reviews anywhere/everywhere.
