This crucial information was never disclosed in the initial steps or during my conversations with their representatives. The staff was consistently rude and dismissive. The application process felt like a setup to collect money without any real intention of moving forward with applicants. I believe this company is taking advantage of people desperate for housing, and their tactics border on predatory. Their behavior raises serious concerns about transparency and ethical business practices. I strongly urged the BBB to investigate this company for potentially scamming consumers through non-refundable fees, lack of disclosure, and misleading leasing procedures.

First, these apartments are advertised as Luxury Apartments, nothing luxury about them. The apartments are ok but luxury by no means, especially for the price. The rent goes up every year and if you have a garage, that price will go up as well. If you want a property manager who is professional, responsive, and cares about the concerns of the renters, Mindy is not that. When asking questions to her, she never gives you a straight answer, only answering what she wants to answer and that is if she will return your calls or emails. Don't bother going to her about concerns you have and think they will be fixed, they won't be. She also is hardly ever in the office as she is only here 3 days a week. Though it seems that somedays she is only here for a few hours, and some weeks she isn't here at all. Also if you get charged for something that you shouldn't have, you may or may not get that money back from the charge. Also speaking of unprofessional, the head of maintenance , Bryan, is rather unprofessional and overall rude. His priority is not fixing the renters issues, but making sure the apartments that need flipped are flipped. He may not have time to fix anything you ask of him. You may put in a maintenance request but it may take days, weeks, or months to be fixed. He even may come over, fix something, and yet it isn't really fixed. Also it may never be fixed until you move out. I don't understand how an owner allows for an apartment complex to be run the way it is. Also beware but the employees who work have been known to gossip about other renters to other renters. I would not be surprised if this is still the case and again how unprofessional! There is a clubhouse but it is mainly for the office of the property manager as I don't believe it can be rented out. There is a work out room with 3 pieces of equipment and a pool. However the pool can get rather filled up because it is small. They also have been problems with people who don't live in the apartments, just showing up and using the pool. The pool doesn't have key cards or passcodes and isn't locked, so anyone can just use it. I did not feel safe here especially with the treatment I received from Mindy and Bryan. Also in the winter time, the driveway hardly, if ever gets salted. You will see people driving down the driveway losing a bit of traction because the driveway is not taken care of. The only way the ice melts if when people are continuously driving out or coming in. It also seems as though the driveway either never gets plowed or rarely gets plowed. If you happen to rent here, make sure you read your lease because when you move out, you could be getting charged more than them just taking you security deposit. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! Just save yourself the headache and trouble! There are other places to rent in Ashland that are better than Eagle View Apartments!

Country Club, the company that took over Martin House are greedy pukes that only care about $$…read more They threw out all the independent tenants so they could make those units assisted living so they can soak residents for everything except $50. They claim one former tenant owes over $3,000 because they weren't eleligible for HUD, they've been making payments and out of nowhere, the greedy bastards added another 3K! If they were no longer eligible for HUD, why didn't they never get a letter. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. Country Club cares about $$$ not the tenants. BTW several residents have reported black mold in their apartments. One tenant told me their rent DOUBLED between 2020 and 2024!
