DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A DECENT HAIRCUT OR MUSTACHE TRIM!!! John is a total hack and performed a hack job on me. I asked for a simple fade with a trim on the top. Apparently a trim to him means taking off more than half of your hair to the point that I can not style my hair the way I wanted too. And as for the mustache "trim", he took off almost the entire mustache and left it completely uneven. I voice my concerns once all is said and done and he accuses me of saying that's exactly what I asked for. I can not even stand to be seen in public right now with how bad of a job he did. And then he tries to tell me that where I've gone before was not a real barbershop and that it was a cosmetology place and I had to explain several times that he is absolutely wrong to no avail. And customer service is terrible. I'm sure he will write a comment back on this trying to explain his side. If you want a decent haircut or mustache trim, go somewhere else. And John, I will gladly post pictures of what I asked for vs what you gave me. You can try and call me a scammer all you want on Google reviews but you know that you did a shit job and did not do anywhere near what I asked of you. How you're still in business is beyond me. Just because you've been doing something for so long, does not mean you have been doing it right. You have absolutely no customer service skills and I don't expect that you'll be in business for such longer with that attitude and "skills". Went in for a hair cut and explained to the woman what fade I wanted. She proceeded to slap a guard on the clippers and buzz me bald. Went back to give the place a second chance and requested the same fade hair cut. She said ok and started cutting. Half way in i explain to her that she isnt doing as I asked and she said and I quote after me asking for a fade......."well I dont do fades" u work in a barber shop and cant do a fade?!?!?!?! And the smell of cat urine poured off the lady till I was nauseous. She was rude when asked to touch up the spots where my hair was clearly uneven. Only ppl they know how to give a hair cut to is the bald or the half bald. I gave a second chance to them and the experience was even worse. Thank your for the wasted money and poor self confidence you gave me after asking for a simple fade. I will not return and will give warning to anyone considering going here. Depends on who cuts your hair! Get the wrong guy, and the worst haircut ever! Very nice, friendly, but horrible hair cut! Get the owner, not so bad. The young guy - he just doesn't have it.. Also, been "under construction" forever. Avoid the junk piles when walking. I guess it's clean? It is cheap. read more
