This is a beautiful modern building that juts out over the river with soaring windows to view it all. It's one big multistory room with comfortable chairs to take it all in with convenient shelves of books and magazines. But unfortunately the children's area is also in that room and it's like a playground. So you cannot sit and read peacefully without a lot of screaming Go see the architecture though just don't expect to read anything. read more
