Due to an increase in their renting fees I quit my contract in December 2013. The Stuttgart office sent me a survey with a note asking me to send back the chip card, which I did. I didn't think much of it and sent it without certified mail. Of course now they're claming I lost the chipcard and are charging me with a 50 EUR penalty. Seriously? When was the last time the German post service lost an envelope??! They're ripping off customers as they are trying to quit their service. Disgusting. Go Drive Now!! read more
