I had the worst shopping experience ever today at the local Lululemon store. I scheduled an…read moreappointment for noon, during my lunch hour. I confirmed my appointment at 11:30am. I leave work and arrive at the store at 12:07pm. I checked in with the person at the door and she told me I was late for my appt and that I would be canceled or skipped. I explained to her that I was on my lunch hour and I had to drive there. She kept going on about how i should have texted or called if I was going to be late. She would not stop. There was a person in line behind me that heard the whole thing. I had to stop the check in person and ask her if I can go in or not. I walked in then she proceeded to tell the customer behind me that she had to wait because I was late. I spoke with the manager regarding the whole situation, which she did not apologize for or seem to care at all. This is the last time I will shop at our local store. This store was once the Bakersfield Scuba location which appears that they took over the business that was next door because from my memory it's a lot bigger.
