Her team includes an excellent CAD expert, Francis, who drew up the blueprints and helped push the building permit process for us; and the Jill of All Trades, Sharon, who takes on all the many tasks to keep the project moving and the all the pieces in place. We found the couch style we liked, picked a performance fabric, chose how many cushions, seat firmness, seat depth, chaise length and width. Literally everything was customized! I also love that it's made in California without any forever chemicals. I didn't want a prop 65 warning on our couch especially since we have a new baby at home. Daniel was so helpful in the store with all of our questions and he had great suggestions and made sure that we knew our options. We never felt pressured into anything and that's really appreciated. Being it's made to order they said it would take 4-6 weeks but it was delivered in 3 weeks!!! Love this place and highly recommend them.

There was one…read moreslight delay in the shipment due to something out of their control but once they quoted me the second delivery date they stuck with it. Delivery people were on time, super nice, and efficient. My only complaint is that I was interested in the stain-resistant treatment but wanted to know if it was made of toxic chemicals. They weren't able to provide any details so I didn't get it.
