I had a merchant fraudulently draw over five hundred dollars in multiple transactions in one day and Regions decided that my account wasn't going to be credited. My main problem is as soon as I seen the money coming out, I called. Regions never advised me to do anything except call the merchant. In the meantime, they allow more transactions to be drafted from the account So unacceptable. I have only my social security and I'm fighting cancer... I cannot meet my bills this month!!!!!!! Terrible customer service. Was told that I couldn't renew a CD without an appointment even though…read morethere were no customers in the Credit Union. The employee who told me this was sitting at the counter talking to an employee behind the teller counter. I asked why she couldn't help me since there were no other customers. She said she was too busy. I then told her I would cash my CD rather than renew it and that I had never received such poor service from any financial institution. She demanded that I wait outside the building for my check. After fifteen minutes another employee brought me my check. I have two more CDs there and will move them to another financial institution when they mature.
