His office staff is very friendly and helpful. Gabby was my hygienist recently. She is very meticulous, kind, caring, and did an excellent job with my perio cleaning. Dr. Berg has a large patient following because he is empathetic, gentle, meticulous, reassuring, and highly skilled. Interestingly Doctor Hermon, noticed every situation that my previous dentist had had declared to be in need of immediate repair, but he simply suggested that "we keep an eye on this."

I've described the problem, and she just does her dismissive giggle. I went elsewhere to start with a new dentist (and get a 2nd opinion on the other cabities)...nope, no cavities, not even little "shadows" like Staller said. Now I have to have the filling--that Staller did--removed and replaced which will be a nightmare. Additionally, Staller's exams are a joke: she puts zero effort into inspecting teeth, gums, and she doesn't do oral cancer checks.

I assumed she asked to try to sell me a night guard. 2nd appointment she told me I had a cavity and needed a filling, then proceeded to try to sell me a crown and said I would need it eventually, I said no, just the filling. I purchased retainers to whiten my teeth and on the 3rd visit the assistant gave me the retainers and showed me how to put them on...and I put them in my purse. Marcela Patterson, the dentist came in and told me that they weren't the correct retainers, put her hand in my bag and took them out! They were the correct retainers as I since gotten them, she was just mad at me, saying I don't trust her. I don't, she's dishonest and a b__tch! Never again. I now have a great dentist.
