They made us feel at home. The actual shopping experience was like that too. There was absolutely no pressure. On some items, when we wanted to spend less money, they immediately switched to similar products to ones that they believed that we might like. They made sure that we were completely satisfied. Also, their prices were comparable with all the major chains. Costco did have better prices, but the selection of course was extremely limited. However, while I was at work, he pressured my wife to sign for a brand-new furnace on the spot. He didn't seem to want her to consult with me first. After that experience, I had another company inspect it. They informed me it was just a bad bearing in the blower, and the rest of the system was intact and as the system may be older, there was plenty of life left in the system. It seems the technicians earn a hefty commission for the sale of new equipment.

Did not discuss options about repairs, just that I needed new system. What he was saying didn't make since so I called another company tech came out said it was the capacitor and had it fixed within 5 minutes, part in his truck. No Freon needed. Then got a 13k estimate from Bills for all the new unit and estimates for other service options to my unit If lesser options. None which were discussed with me in person as the only one he presented was a new system. I wrote a Google review and then the owner responded with the audacity of justifying his tech and commenting he was sorry that I decided to just "kick the can down the road". As a customer, I expect to be given full information including a temporary repair. Glad that I didn't stick with partial information.
