Highly recommend you keep looking unless your fence needs painting or something. Paid these guys 8K for various work around the house and after looking around and taking stock of the quality of their work, we got burned. We had damaged metal entry doors and instead of replacing them, they attempted to straighten them. Because of the warpage, even the extra exterior weatherstrip I had to install wasn't enough to take up the gaps and keep the freezing draft out. So the heating bills are way up and I have to replace the doors anyway. Thank goodness for Yelp because the BBB is so incredibly useless when filing complaints read more

We ended up getting them to re-side our entire house, new soffit, fascia and trough everywhere as well as getting all of our windows cladded. The before and after of our house is incredible! They made the process very easy and over the couple weeks that they were actually at our house working on everything we found the workers to be friendly and tidy. Their crew was respectful and professional, and cleanup was mostly good (they are men after all!). The only drawback was the time it took to complete, but that was weather related (REALLY HOT!!) and I cannot blame them for not working in the blazing sun in 35 degress Celcius weather. I highly recommend Lansard for roofing and/or siding jobs.

Is there a rating above 5 stars? There should be!…read more I bought an old estate sale house from 1923, and it needed a LOT of work. Huge vertical cracks going up the main staircase, tons of small holes and cracks on the upper landing, and one whole bedroom coated in nightmarish 70s wallpaper. This was going to be a massive job. Chris, Tony, Ivan and a couple other helpers got in here and worked their butts off for over a week. When the wallpaper was removed in the bedroom, it revealed a GIANT horizontal crack and a bowing wall, and "freak out" doesn't even begin to describe what I was doing. Chris talked me down from the ledge and let me know that they had seen it plenty. The lathe had just pulled loose from the studs, and all they had to do was sink some heavy duty screws in and tighten everything up, then plaster over it. OMG, y'all. They worked a miracle, and now have my business for life!! I'm still in the process of beginning to prime and paint everything, but I'm so impressed with their work and their professionalism. A+.

All Canadian Renovations was the one I went with. they were not the cheapest quote I received, in fact they were the highest of all three - but only by a few dollars. I chose to go with them mostly because of the two owners that showed up for our initial meeting. They were professional, respectful, and put my wife at ease with their humour and witty banter. my wife is a white knuckle renovator and is nervous about everything. After less than five minutes, she was totally at ease. Our kitchen looks fabulous and we spend more time in here than ever and we have even rediscovered our love of cooking! The crew that worked on our project (and there were many of them over the job) were professional, polite, and felt like members of the family - we were sad to see them go on the last day! The attention to detail was evident from all crew members. I don't want to single anyone out, because they were all awesome. Way to go All Canadian! highly recommended!!

Great people, they fixed all of the issues (at least the ones that I could afford). A word to the wise - don't trust DIY work ever!
