Stand Up Guys Junk Removal are the furthest thing from stand up guys!! We hired Stand Up Guys Junk Removal to clear debris from our yard after Hurricane Milton. Although we paid over $650 and even tipped to show our appreciation, we later learned that while still in our yard, the owner quoted our neighbor a much lower rate (around $300) for the same job. He even implied to our neighbor that we were not getting a discount at all. It felt unfair and unprofessional to be price gouging neighbors in this situation, especially in the aftermath of a hurricane, when many of us were already under financial strain. We support small businesses and understand the need to pay for quality work, but inconsistent pricing and this lack of integrity were a letdown. For anyone considering junk removal services, I'd recommend getting multiple quotes to avoid this kind of situation. read more

After hurricane Milton and with so many people struggling I called them to come out and see what it would be to remove the tree debris from my backyard, they stated they do not rake all they do is haul away tree debris, quoted me $1,200 per trailer and stated it would be about three trailers. That's freaking ridiculous price gouging I just can't imagine in this time of need. I found another company willing to do it much cheaper and I just want to put this out there for everybody this is just wrong, they quoted me to come out between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. I had to call twice they didn't show up until 2:17 p.m. .
