Here we are in August, 6 months later, and we still do not have a functioning system. The work was riddled with problems from the start. He built out custom fields that Clio's own migration tool automatically populates, meaning a significant portion of the work was completely unnecessary. Beyond that, the errors were careless and basic. Spelling mistakes, repeated redundancies, and a clear lack of understanding of how a law firm actually operates. We met with him and his team multiple times, at times on a weekly basis, going over the same issues repeatedly, yet the same mistakes kept showing up. What made it worse was that every time I asked him to fix a problem, he would create a new set of issues. It became an endless cycle with no progress. I provided multiple videos documenting the problems and gave him every opportunity to make it right. Nothing was resolved. I held off posting this review to give Paolo a chance to respond and make things right. He never did. Complete radio silence. No response, no accountability, nothing. He simply stopped responding to my emails and stopped working on the project. The disruption to my firm was real. My staff worked around a broken system for months, directly impacting our ability to serve clients. If you are a law firm considering hiring Paolo for Clio implementation, save yourself the time, money, and frustration. He does not have the knowledge or professionalism this work requires.
