He always said if we had a special event, he would come out to mow the lawn prior. After all this time I finally asked for this and was told no problem, just last week. So he waited until the day before and cancelled service in "our area" which is Shore Acres. He did a decent job, but I found his service to always be behind schedule, but put up with it. He published a calendar (attached), but rarely stuck to it, blaming the weather when all our neighbors had their lawns serviced during the same time. If you are going to cancel someone's service, you need to give notice and also honor your promise to service their lawn when you agreed to, not wait until the day before and cancel out of the blue, very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!! Attaching Schedule below, the real times he came out recently were 7/26, 8/11, 8/25, 9/3 and 9/22. Most of these times he came was because I had to text and ask when he was coming out as our lawn was embarrassing. As you can see, not even close to being on schedule and the months he should have been out 3x, that didn't happen, with this month being one of them. He should have been out here this week and decided to drop us instead. Going 18 days without getting our lawn mowed and then having to reach out to him to get it done is ridiculous. Rest assured, when it came time to only mow once a month, that was it!! If something doesn't go his way, he packs up his mower and goes home. We always paid on time, even at times reminding him to bill us when he was late sending out invoice. We always picked up our yard prior, even that became more challenging as we never knew when he was coming out. Read the other negative reviews, he doesn't operate like a businessman. Yes, I am bitter, but the facts don't lie. He was supposed to come out 6 times over the past 2 months and came out 4. We were dropped for no cause aside from asking when he was coming. He promised to come out this week and cancelled us instead.
