Every room was full of rare treasures carefully curated by the owner, being a deft artist, who understands how to create and how to collect with expertise. I found many things I loved and managed to purchase what I couldn't live without. The building is an 1800's masterpiece and every room is a world to explore. The owner David, gave me lots of personal insights and anecdotes on his inspirations that led to journeys, to creating, and finally to acquisition. There are many masterworks here from tribal African sculpture to European modern masters.There is something for everyone here truly. Go on your own journey there and find your favorites. Last year, I approached John Korom, the owner, about bringing my installation Still Life 69 which had been shown before, to show at his gallery. He agreed as long as I brought new work. Good call. Not only did I get to show the installation in a different setting, I had new work to show also. John actually sent out email blasts, facebook posts etc about the show. The space is really special. He employs a special system for hanging your art, one like I've never seen before. I've never hung a show and it was really easy to do. Each artist has their work up for a month. It's really a 4.5 star rating. ;)

It has been featired on news swgments, PBS specials and even nationally as a place of interest. The collection features art, dishes, puzzles, teapots, salt and pepper shakers, clocks and of course other figurines, also there are wonderful stories about the collectors and donations. Funds raised help animal rescues as well. Check this place out with family, friends and any cat lover or enhusiast. Interesting visit for anyone.
