My carpets were dirty, just from normal wear and tear, and having children in the home. They were able to get it right back to looking brand new, even my son's room, which literally had gum in the carpet. They got it out with ease. They also cleaned my furniture. I do not recommend Stanley Steemer. You are better off cleaning the carpets yourself. After having them come in to clean our carpets, they were in and out in about 30 minutes which was pretty fast for cleaning 4 rooms. They said give it 24 hours to dry. They called back the next day and the carpets still smelled. They offered to clean it again and I declined it. Bought my own carpet cleaner and you wouldn't believe how dirty the carpets were. Bottom line Stanley Steemer was a wasted $200.00. Use you money wisely invest in a carpet cleaner or use Bishop's. The other thing is Customer Service. The Owner Jackie needs to take a few classes for herself offer it to her employees as well. Customer Service will get you a lot more satisfied customers read more

January 3, 2020 Just had my carpets cleaned and enzymes added for the pet urine that was left by previous tenant. I spoke with Ryan over the phone. He was very professional and kind. No bad vibes from him. Called the next morning and spoke to a woman, but did not get her name. Again, very professional over the phone. The 2 men they sent out to clean were VERY friendly (a rarity nowadays) and professional. I happened to cut my finger doing something and the employee rushed to get his first aid kit to patch me up even though I told him I had one in my car!! They go above and beyond the call of duty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND in this day and age with many people having bad attitudes :-) read more

Moved into an apartment and was told carpets were cleaned by another company. The smell of pet urine was horrible. Called Stanley Steemer and they were great!! They used the black light and showed me the stains...yuck!! Stanley Steemer was very professional moved all my furniture for me and put it all back.
