A year after it was built, the site was hacked into by someone in the Ukraine and Figmints answer was "we are sorry, we don't protect your site". They also didn't have a backup so we had to pay someone else to re-do our site completely from scratch. We recently asked them to provide us with the native files for business cards we paid them to create OR the company they used to outsource these business cards. They have just not responded. The product they delivered was quite decent, but if you can't use it long term, what is the point? I would look else where when choosing a company.
