Had 2 Tyres done about 3- months ago & they took ages to do this simple job!…read moreShould have known better but went back for another 2 Tyres recently and although having just one car on the ramps the member of staff said he couldn't check my Tyres for about 2 hours as they were too busy! They seem to think the world evolves around them and everyone has plenty of time to wait around... Not me'! I will not use this branch again.

After a long flight arriving into Gatwick and then having to drive home to Liverpool unfortunately…read moreour car broke down in Warwick. My husband and i were very tired and on a bit of a downer after just returning from a wonderful holiday. After phoning the breakdown services we were told to receive a call from the breakdown company who would have to tow our car home to Liverpool. A short time after we received a call to say they where on their way. Iain turned up not long after. What can i say about the service of care we received .BRILLIANT... Our car was pulled onto the tower and we sat up front with the driver Iain, what a wonderful guy, he made our journey home very enjoyable and we soon forgot about being tired and being being on a bummer over the car. We laughed all the way home, Iain couldn't do enough for us. His level of customer care was outstanding. Thanks Iain you are a true gentleman. John & Mandy.
