It's not rare to find me at this particular location of Staples at least once a week. I generally either have to get something laminated or I need to pick up piles of stationary and office goods. It's rare to smile while shopping for stationary, but the good people at this Staples location always find a way to make me happy. Whether it's a special hello as I come in, or someone asking me if I need a hand, I'm always pleased with the service I get at this location. Let's be honest: stationary shopping can be a little overwhelming if you don't know exactly what the difference is between certain letter-style envelops or what style of file folders your staff would most prefer, but here, it's okay to ask. I like when people make my shopping experience easier than it could be, and if you have no plans of becoming a stationary guru anytime in the near future, let the good people at this Staples store take care of your needs. The winter rearing its ugly head means that my windows are fogging up again and thankfully last night I had to turn into a shopping area to warm up my car. But whilst there I notice a friendly Staples and I being extremely busy haven't had the time to shop for the thing that I really need the most which is a scanner. I am surprised my partner hasn't divorced me as the last thing escaping from my lips when we meet is not goodbye sweetie, it's can you scan something for me? This Staple is its usual large Staples self and as expected have amazing sales staffs that not only are attentive but they know all about their products. The boy selling me the scanner knew all the options that I could get, including fax, copying and sourcing. He knew the different printing options of laser versus inkjet and he even knew the process of me downloading the CD into my computer. I got a brand new Canon at half price at $70, it is lightweight and is already hooked up to my laptop as I write, it was that easy. I love Staples and I loyally go there for any computer or office related issue. This location had an amazing staff member and I wish I knew his name I would give him a personal shout out here. read more

Sucked. I needed prints made pronto. I tried sending the images online, the website was either too complicated or something went wrong, because I was totally unable to do it until they opened the next day. There was one employee that did nothing and I tried using equipment I am untrained to use, which probably took longer. The quality of the printer I used was terrible, all the colors in the work bled off the pages and colors were not consistent with the ones I used in my work. The employee was useless and did nothing while I I struggled and could tell I was furious and said nothing as I left the store. Not worth the money, will never come back. read more

I couldn't believe the service I received here. If it was possible to rate less than 1 star I would. No one was interested in helping me and when I came up to the till there's were 3 employees behind the counter and NONE of them helped me. I stood at the till for 15 minutes before I decided it wasn't worth my time. I wasnt even acknowledged, one walked away and the other 2 did everything they could to ignore me. I'm appalled at this, if I ever treated a customer with such little care I wouldn't have a job. I will never be visiting this location again. read more

I am in Cranbrook and usually (mostly) buy online from this Calgary location. I have never experienced any problems, except when the delivery is made I am not sure if it is at the local post office or straight to my doorstep! I prefer the doorstep! Lol read more

Never, ever buy electronics from Staples. They have ridiculous return policies and they do not honour warranties. Always buy from Costco. Boycott Staples!!! read more

Although the employees at staples were very nice to me, I am a bit dissapointed with their technology department. Between my husbands and I schedule I am only able to come in some sathurdays and every sunday. I am needing to transfer all my data from one computer to my next. I would do it myself but it will have to be extracted from the hard drive. Staples tells me its going to take a couple days. Which means that I would actually have to not have my computer for a whole week. Thats a long time when I use it daily. I wish there was a way I could book a time slot in advance so they could transfer my files while I'm in the store. read more

My recent experience @ the staples store has not been good. Store staff is very un professional @ 32 ave. At printing services, they don't want to help you a bit and expect you to know everything yourself. Visiting this store for the first time was very disappointing for me. read more
