Every time I go to the store in Hamilton marketplace it never works out. I just wanna have copies made on a contractor of drawings. I called on the phone first before I even went over there. The guy on the phone said yes come over we can make your copies I get there. They said we don't have enough paper but we can make it as a poster for $20 a copy. I go to the store in Princeton. It's never a problem the girls they are great they make my copies I get in and out of that store this marketplace store never works out. read more

Been using this staples for years to get paint by number sheets for my grandfather blown up. Today is the first time where they refused since it's a product of someone else's. Even though we now own the product since we just need it enlarged for my 95 year old grandfather to read it. Makes no sense and on top of off the woman with the double nose ring who didn't want to give name or have a name time wrong said you don't own it so we can't do anything. She was rude and condescending Even though the gentleman there just did the same thing for us last month. Never coming again to this location. read more

Yeah it's a Staples. It may be boring and look like every other Staples that exists but it works and it works well! It's mainly an office supply store that allows you to get office/computer supplies quickly without waiting for Prime to show up at your door two days later. They aren't staffed with super savvy technical folks that can provide in depth guidance. If you need that, get on google or get a friend. I visit this Staples and I never need anyone to help me find the stuff I need. Sometimes what I need may not be in stock but the sale prices are great and for the most part, Staples serves a need that is missing since CompUSA, and Computer City went away. read more

Another big box warehouse style office supply barn. If you've been to one, you've been to all. Close your eyes and walk to where you think what you seek will be from past experience, and you're likely to find it. Today was my turn to buy boxes for moving an office. Not the biggest selection, but they had what I needed at a reasonable price. I just wish they worked like liquor stores that put out their empty boxes to be recycled by those in need. That they don't, mandates I go to mega Canal's and pick up a bunch of their's sitting out back. Hard to love a place like this, but I do understand the attraction for those obsessed with stocking up their home office with the latest paper clips. read more

Don't listen to Leo D. All his reviews are horrible. Most are short and have no justification behind his low scores. He obviously gets off by giving 1 and 2 star reviews... 1 star review because a place had a long line??? And he only went there once... Come on Leo... So I just had to make that clear since this Staples didn't have many reviews and Leo's low score made them look worse than they really are... Anyways, I can agree with him that occasionally, it can be hard to find help. But if that's the case, go to the cashier and they will page someone to come help you. That's pretty much the rule of the thumb for most stores of any kind. And yes, wholesale places to have better prices, but that's why you have to PAY for a MEMBERSHIP to a wholesale store! Staples' prices are the same as what you'll get at Best Buy, Office Max, or any place like that. If you're buying anything pricey, it usually comes down to what store has the best rebate or sale. And lastly, if somebody sells you complicated stuff, that's your fault for buying something you don't understand and your fault for not doing your research... If you do need help, there's usually somebody that can give you the basics, but anything more than that is a gamble. So with that said, this is pretty much your typical Staples. I've been to this particular location over a dozen times. This store is quite large and has nice, wide ailes. The staff is nice and helpful to an extent. And I feel like they have more items than other places. My only complaint is maybe they could hire a few more employees. read more

I was hired at fedex on route 130, hamilton NJ back in June 2021 & I had gone on a Monday to orientation. When I arrived on Tuesday morning. Dina stopped me in the parking lot to wait for her, she then took me to get my photo ID made. When we proceeded to the warehouse to start work, she told me not to swipe in that she will tell them what time I started work. I was loading a fedex truck for over 3 hours sweating in a 100 degree truck nearly passing out several times. The woman training me went to see if my shift is over & came back to say ok you can go. Being i did not swipe coming in to work I did not swipe out, but I did sign out at the front desk. I never got paid for the work. I keep trying to use Staples. Usually disappointing. Many times an item I want is not available and I am told it can be ordered on line. So a wasted trip to the store. When I did try the online printing service, the web site continuously crashed or asked for my login information repeatedly, so I had to go into the store to get it done. So let's recap - when I go into the store for something, I am told they don't carry it (or it's out of stock) and I have to go on line and order. But when I try placing an order on line it doesn't work and I end up having to go to the store. Very convenient all around... not. And don't try calling. If you get through the maze of prompts and are actually transferred to someone, the line will go dead. Happened twice today. Had to call back and listen to elevator music for several minutes before getting hung up on again. Staples - you really have to make it easier to do business with you. read more

Sometimes I feel bad for the people who work in these types of retail environments. They sometimes appear to be so poorly managed. It really shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to purchase printer ink. They seemed to be understaffed. The manager was trying to apologize to the customers who seemed very annoyed waiting on long lines when there seemed to be other employees in departments waiting to help customers locate items. I was finally able to get what I needed and get out. read more

It's a huge store but you will only find a handful of employees. I saw a manager and asked for help. She stopped what she was doing and helped me all around the store. In the end I didn't find what I needed but she was very pleasant. read more

Worst Staples in NJ and I have been to many. Go in to drop off ups package and already have the labels. Wait wait wait for 15 minutes then the Staples employees asks me. Do you only have a package? I say yes but turns out the customer who has been holding up the line trying to type her info for a label must finish first. I have never seen a Staples where you cannot scan a customer while another is just updating info. Thanks for wasting my time read more

I have to thank the printing team at Staples in Hamilton Marketplace, Hamilton, NJ. Thank you (!) to Nick and Amanda for their immediate action in helping me print up Posters for an Expo. I could not access the cart on Staples website, took me 2 hours, I was so frustrated knowing I had a little time to submit before the job would not qualify for next day printing. I called Hamilton Staples, and between Nick and Amanda the job was done on time and all 4 posters were exceptionally printed, beautiful work. Nick offered to go in the morning of at 6am (!), if he had to modify the posters. That is definitely going above and beyond, and a first in my book. Amazing. Shout out to Jazz who tied it all together on pick up. Great Team, Great Job! Thank you so much. read more

Service was great. Staff was knowledgeable. Most impressive was the organization. It's the time of year you expect to wait in line... the moment the line got a little long, the staff paged, the managers responded and everyone was processed immediately. Horrible customer service. Usually, I avoid this location because they are always out of stock with what I need and the employees are not helpful. Anyway, I went there to buy some ink which they were out of. Wandered around the store looking for a shredder about 3 employees passed me without asking me if I needed help. One employee even made a beeline pass me to help a customer looking at a laptop. So after no luck finding what I needed, I went to customer service to try and get some help to see if another Staples in the area had my ink. Waiting on the line for about 7 mins with no acknowledgment of me being there. I went to the only open cashier hoping for a better experience. There was a man being rung up at the time and a line was forming behind me. It was my turn to be helped but as soon as I walked up the cashier said that she was closed. At that point, I was already fed up, so I walked out. She yelled after me saying that I shouldn't walk away from her and she would get me help. That was the last straw. I will never come back here, because of the lack of friendliness of the staff. read more

So I went to the Staples and tried to get this computer desk I've been wanting and well I get there and they say that they don't have it in stock so then I go home and try to order it online and it says that it's in stock and since I ordered it on Friday it said that it will be here on Tuesday and then I ordered it and then on Tuesday it said then that I Had to wait till Thursday to get it and then after taking time to arrange the stuff in my room and making space for the desk cleaning everything off it gets the Thursday and then they say that this item is unavailable so then I called then the horrible service says some bad stuff and it gets me annoyed and then after using over six different coupons I finished talking and then they didn't give me back the coupons but instead after that torturous time period they give me a ten dollar coupon. But I. The end this story is so awesome because they did all that is what should say if it was Opposite Day but I would prefer just to build your own and by the way thanks for reading this. read more
