I ordered business cards online. I should have known better. This is the second time I ordered business cards using the online website, both times they were off-center even though the app showed how to design a business card and even though I followed directions and double checked the centering . The cards were not correct and when I pointed out the issue, it was my fault. The older woman who seemed to be the manager was very rude and abrupt. The order was supposed to be reprinted this afternoon. So far no word from the store. The sad part for me is that I already paid for the cards. Big mistake. I'm done with Staples. Update 3 days after trying to pick up my order. Reprinting, that was supposed to be done the next day, wasn't done as promised. It took 3 days to reprint an order that was supposed to be done in one day when it was ordered. When I picked up the reprinted order, still wasn't right. There were two different businesses cards ordered, both of which were to be reprinted. On box of 250 cards each. The reprinting was done for one of the two cards, but not the other. So instead of two cards, one box of 250 each, I got 2 boxes of one card, none of the second. The saga continues. read more

I came here to buy something for the place where I am working. The employees were very kind especially Cali, she helped right away and made sure I bought the right product and received a good price. Got something printed and it had black fingerprints. Not a big deal. I know it happens. But I asked for another one and the employee rolled her eyes insinuating that I was asking too much. I asked to have my receipt emailed which is an option. But the same employee pushed through that option in her end. When the receipt printed, she said 'go ahead and take.' Motioning for me to take the receipt off the register myself. Service is terrible at this location. It's a shame as it used to be good. Try my best to go to other locations. read more

I don't know why I keep coming back here, the customer service is lousy, the older lady perhaps the manager, always acts like your bothering her. I choose a basic wireless mouse marked for $12.99 I take my stuff and get inline, of course the mouse rings up at $19.99, I question the price and tell the older lady, that it's mark $12.99, she looks at her screen and says "nope it's $19.99 and you Save $11. And Something" I catch myself right before I say any more and told her to remove the mouse, I paid for everything else and now I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this review. I really try not to send people to the internet, but for office supplies in Hershey, Palmyra, and hummelstown, go to the internet. I hope everyone knows that stores like Staples and Best Buy your are paying in most cases exaggerated retail price when the product is not on sale. read more

A man asked if I needed help within 2 seconds of me walking into the store. He helped me find what I need and then suggested a different product that did the same thing as the cord I needed except it was $30 less. The cord he suggested worked perfectly. This place gets a 10/10 read more

Local and have gone four or five times thinking their customer service may get better, but it never does. This place always has the worst customer service when it comes to getting any help with what you need (whether printing or something in the store). I am through with Staples when there is a complete web wanting my business (and usually with live chat CS help too I might add). In this case I will no longer help stimulate my local economy.
