I asked for help to send a fax and got none. Was told it was self-serve, but I was unable to complete the task . Throughout the years I have purchased three laptops and one home computer, but will never be back again. I left the store today upset and completely angry. I have purchased 3 laptop computers and 3 e books as well as a number of smaller items from this store. The sales staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem so I can't remark on their service department. I'm in the market for a new camera and this will be the first place I will go to buy one. read more

Horrible and incompetent service! I called to confirm an item was available and unopened - they confirmed it was, so I asked them to set it aside and I would be there to buy it. I showed up within hours only to find they had lied, it was an opened demo product. The manager was next to useless, pushing to know what I wanted in order to fix this and I fairly stated the same or better product at the same price. He could not deliver, became sarcastic and offered absolutely nothing to fix their error. I drove an hour each way and spent 45 min, wasted, in trying to deal with this company and left empty handed. Horrible and totally incompetent staff - likely will be out of business in the near future. Don't waste your time going here. read more
