Me being the person with butterfingers in the family, I have no business trying to do something like this. I had bought a 3rd party tempered glass screen protector from Amazon, and I was weary even with the easy application tray it came with. I found ALX through Yelp. I saw the great reviews, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Alex, who asked me a few questions about the screen protector-- and said to bring it in, and they would do it for free. I was shocked to hear "for free", and immediately took them up on it. I was helped by Tommy when I went in, who was super friendly as I explained the screen protector situation. The whole experience took less than 5 minutes. The screen protector was on-- and it looked perfect. HUGE sigh of relief. He said that if anything happened to the screen protector, I could bring in the 2nd screen protector it came with and they would reapply it again. I brought this to his attention, he attempted to fix the issue however after the first adjustment, the camera was still not correctly positioned, and there were smudges on the LCD screen. Then he made a second attempt, but the camera remains misaligned and there is still dust visible inside the display. This is not the level of quality I expected from a professional repair shop.
