Worst staples ever. Internet doesn't work ( they blame you for it) , can't make copies on their self service machine (staff blames you for it too). No one around to help who can solve ANYTHING. I've not had a reason to go to Staples for a while, but recently directed to go and pick up a computer quickly. The staff here is pretty bad. I was inquiring about a device and the store clerk directed me to another clerk who directed me back to the first clerk who then attempted to help, but eventually asked his supervisor for help. I had to wait near ten minutes for the "supervisor" to come help me. So if you really need questions answered, go to Best Buy or Frys, or attempt another Staples location. The supervisor there is this super pale looking guy who basically yelled at me when I had a question he couldn't answer. I get that you have bad days, but OMG what a bad experience I had! I need to shake it off now. Staples, what are your plans for the future? Can't afford to hire quality people at your retail locations anymore? I feel like this is a great research topic. read more

Fail. Tried to buy a clearance laptop and had a miserable experience. Pushy salesmen trying to get the commission for the warranty scam despite my clear insistence that I wasn't interested. Found out after about 20 minutes of uncomfortably waiting around with desperate salesmen bugging me every few minutes that the laptop did not have a battery! I gave it two stars only because it looks like you can walk in there and buy a ream of paper or a pencil or something like that with no hassle. Also because I think I have finally learned my lesson to just buy from newegg and other online retailers and let the big box stores die their slow death! read more

I went to Staples to buy a calculator , if selection was good they had many different types of collators from very inexpensive to very fancy as usual there was nobody to really help you ,but I picked the one I want it and I had to stand in line I while to pay for it. read more

I have frequented this staples but this time the service was just plain attroshis. Tried to print something on the fly and two lazy ladies were sitting there. No service for an hour. Nothing is printing but that didn't matter. I spend thousands here but does not matter. The self serve machine is slow as a 1980s micron. Bad stuff. Very dissatisfied. read more

The lady at the printing services Caucasian mid-age was such a doll. She was really helpful when I needed to print out a job application and resume. The store was QUIET and the other workers seemed like they did not want to be at work. I could sort of see why they wouldn't enjoy working there. read more

I've done several print orders at this location and I never get a notification that they're ready by the time they say they are going to be. I pay for express every time too. Usually I just have to wait until the last minute and go down there hoping it's ready. I've had to stand and wait around a few times and no one is to be found. I waited at the printing area once for 5 minutes while at least 3 associates chatted with each other at the register. Most of the time employees I've encountered are friendly but overall I'm just disappointed by my experiences at this particular location. This Staples has the worst customer service. If you're planning on using the self-service machine be prepared to not have any of ur questions answered. I was obviously having trouble working the machine and the lady working at the copy and print center wouldn't help me and would tell me it's all "self-explanatory" and I spent nearly an hour there trying to figure out how to fax several documents by myself which would have taken at least 5 minutes with her help. Every year I come here for 1099-misc forms and every year, they are out of stock ans only have large packs of forms available. Asked a store associate and he said they just came in. So why not get more of the smaller packs? No longer shopping here. Will start using the competition for my office needs. read more

Napoleon was the most helpful sales associate ever. He took the initiative to check the store room for another related product that was not on the sales floor on his own after showing us info on products that were on display. It made our decision so much easier even though the product we decided to buy was at another location. I would return to this store just because of his extremely helpful nature read more

I bought a nifty new 15.6" Compaq laptop here for the price of a netbook. I had trouble finding it; had tried Costco, Best Buy, OfficeDepot, OfficeMax, and Fry's. While I went and had a bite of lunch, they set it all up so that it was ready to go when I got it home. Unfortunately, they did not have a laptop case with handles, but I found one on eBay. I been here many times and this place is never busy. The only time it is busy is when you go to the cashier. Most of the time, since it is so slow, the cashier area gets busy. Usually there is only one cashier until after 5 mins is when they call for a backup cashier. read more

Very bad self printing service. The two machines idol forever. 25 minutes to print 4 8x11 sheets.

Slow service. I went in for a quick pickup of engineering prints that were pre-paid for online. Only one person was in front of me and yet it took 15 mins to be seen. Either employees need to learn time management or they are understaffed. read more

The employees at this Staples location are really helpful when I have needed specific sized boxes for mailing. Also they know exactly which printer ink I need and take me directly to the shelf in the store. The location is convenient and I can usually find what I need without having to go to other Staples stores. It's nice to be treated respectfully and not left hanging when the Sales Associates are too busy to assist me. Great store and reasonable prices. read more

The store has been so good in all departments, i still use it even though i moved out of town.I have used it for printing, tech department- computer services-cleaning my PC, furniture and more. Kudos on their customer service. I went in there today and watched a crazy lady verbally badger a manager who had clearly done everything he could for this women and he just stood there and took it like a champ. While I was shopping in the store I notice there was a sale on an item and decided to purchase it. The cashier opened a new register and proceeded to check out. When he scanned the item it did not show up on sale. I understand that was not his fault. However the way he decided to deal with the problem was awful. He went to check and said it was full priced so I walked back there to show him where it said this. He was extremely rude during this process and I had to talk to the manager about the rest. Over the service was awful. No to mention that there were employees in the way of items that people were trying to look at and absolutely no one was helpful. Seriously when a computer crashes and it's tied into a business it becomes of utmost importance that it's replaced and set up as quickly as possible. I got the most unbelievably great service from DeAngelo. He explained the differences between laptop and desktop models, the process of transferring data and how much time it would take but the best part was he brought it over and set it up when it was ready. When I ran into a little glitch I called the store and spoke to Tony who took my concerns seriously and said the manager Chris would call me when he got in at noon. At 12:10 Chris called and understood my panic and told me although DeAngelo was off, he would call me and get it fixed. Sure enough, DeAngelo called and walked me through the "fix" and it worked perfectly. I'm totally impressed with this team. read more

This Staples is awful. Gave them a week to complete a print job that takes 5 hours. The day before, I email them to see how the progress is going, and they respond telling me that the resolution wasn't large enough. Asked them what resolution they needed. No response. Call them the day of for the resolution size. They don't know. They don't know!? What. Never completed my print job. My job was transferred to the 22025 Hawthorne Blvd Staples. Job completed in 4 hours. If you are looking to get something printed, drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the other Staples and get it done there. read more

This place and the employees their are horrible the store closes at 8 pm and they closed the store at 7:30 pm I asked what's going on the lady who worked their she didn't know anything she was just making excuses that we'll I don't know and started laughing not responsible at all for their actions the other employee came to me and said we're closed I asked why bit she also didn't knew why they're closing the store early even though some customers are waiting outside and wondering what's going on. read more
