Instead of individual club lounges for each airline, there is only one giant lounge here, and they've made it really nice. I love the display of hot and cold snacks laid out on the table. They are so cute to look at and probably filling enough for a light dinner. I would say some of the foods looked better than they tasted, but hey, beggars can't be choosers. I ain't gonna complain about free food. ;) There is also a variety of beverages to choose from. I like the plethora of wall sockets and the free wi-fi, so I was able to plug in and do my work when I had to stay here to wait for my flight. The style is modern with sleek decorations, and I sat at the bar area last time, where the bartender could make your drinks to order. You tell the receptionist your flight when you check in, so they'll call you when it's time to board the plane.

One of the better lounges at Guarulhos airport. When there is room available, it is worth it (often packed). The buffet has some good snacks, the lounge itself is new and spacious. The bar also has the best offerings at the airport. WiFi is spotty/disconnects, like most of Brazil.

Worth it. Had a 6 hour layover in São Paulo and I've got to be honest... having a nice, quiet space to relax, eat, drink and chill out was the best experience. The shower was very nice and clean. The wifi was fast and reliable. The food was just ok but the unlimited option was great. Wine, beer, liquor, coke, juice, coconut water, water bottles, coffee and espressos. It was awesome! Would definitely come back

They have a full bar, pretty good drink selection by the way: Jack Daniels, Red Lebel, Campari, Beefeater, Abolute, sparkling, red/ white wines, beer selection. As for food: fruits, few small and not very delicious desserts, weird make-your-own Caesar salad, few kinds of sandwiches (too much bread as usual and some tiny filling inside, I'd combine two or even three into one, throwing the excess of the bread), ravioli appetizer. As for hot - soup, pasta and sauses for it to choose from. Coffee machines, tea. They have big cups there, that's rare and convenient! Very clean toilets. There are three computers and a printer at the seperate room for your needs and have to mention - that the lounge itself is huge - even at the busy hours you'll find a place for yourself whether at the table or just a cozy armchair. But it might be noisy.

Lovely, classy lounge with great food options, wine options, and ample seating for guests. I had…read morethe fortunate opportunity to visit the LATAM lounge a few times when flying back to the US with Delta (who operates mostly red eyes from GRU). The times when I visited the lounge, it was fairly packed with many noisy American folks heading back to Atlanta, NYC, or Boston on Delta. Despite the apparent chit chatter, I was still able to enjoy my time here. Access to the LATAM lounge can be have any substantial status with LATAM or Delta. For Delta members, if you're Gold or higher and flying either DL or LA internationally, you get access. There's also an option to pay to enter if you don't have status. I believe there's other ways to get in (DragonPass for example), but I am not too sure of those specifics since it didn't apply to me. Most recently, they served one of my favorite dishes- seafood moqueca! It was tasty and reminded me of how I cook mine - with the right amount of umami, dende oil, coconut flavor, and hint of sour from lime. A pretty excellent execution on one of my favorite Brazilian dishes! The shower facilities are also nice. There's quite a few shower stalls... but usually there is a wait, so make sure to put your name on the list for a shower when you check-in up in front. Hope to be back here again next time I'm in São Paulo!

A pretty good lounge for LATAM airlines…read more Despite how crowded it gets, there is enough crowd flow coming in and out. For bathroom, its single stall with a full sink inside each stall. There is a shower, but you will have to ask staff members to use it. For the bar, the bartender isn't always around so you will have to wait. They have kids coloring books! Good air quality/indoor circulation!

First time in this lounge. It is not the best but by no means the worst I have had the pleasure of…read moreusing. There are plenty of seats, although you have to tell people that the seats are for people not for their bags...however precious they maybe. There is a limited supply of food. This encompassed pastries, rolls and soup, how I craved a packet of crisps! The selection of liquid refreshments is good with all your standard hot beverages, would it kill them to add hot chocolate to the roster? The cold drinks are comprised of the usual suspects from the fizzy drinks world alongside Brahma (the Brazilian beer) some vodka, wine, whisky and a sparkling wine. On entrance the staff tell you they do not announce flights and to check the screen. This is my bug bare they only have one screen to check on and it is located right next to the entrance door. So if you are sat at the far end up you get to go and check the screen, please get a couple more!! They have TV's on the wall but I have no idea what programmes were being shown or what language they were in. There was some reading material on offer but I think these were in Portuguese. The rest room (I can only speak about the men's) could use a little freshen up and the locks on the cubicles well it might be good if they worked. There is free wifi within the lounge however I found the airport free wifi covered the lounge and provided a better speed. On the whole not the best and not the worst but as a weary traveller with 3 hours to kill the Smile lounge was a welcome place to get a comfy chair...as all travellers know being able to get a comfortable seat in an airport is like heaven itself if you have hours to kill between flights!!
