Somehow I got a little carboard stuck in the upper part of the photo, and it left a slight mark of light brown that has been on it for years. I asked this service provider to just make a black frame and regular glass for my picture, $36 was to be the price and left it with them. WHEN I went to pick up they had for NO EXTRA COST been so kind to put a border around my photo that covered the mark of light brown cardboard that had stuck to my photo years ago. Pros. I entered into a nice clean store and asked a very helpful lady of the department where I could find materials that are Styrofoam and paints and glitter glue... she walked me over and I found the specific items on my list. Nice store and I kind of meandered on the way back to the front checkout counter. A young lady helped with the transaction but I needed a Michaels bag.. a paper shopping bag makes it easy to carry. She explained the return policy. I went home happy. Today I went back to Michael's to return some of the unused material and got good value credited back to the CC. It was quick and easy. I liked the store with its valuable return policy. Thanks to the staff at Michael's we now have a completed school project.
