Unfortunatly, I recently requested a replacement for a CLEARLY DEAD tree; a tree that was pointed out to them 6 months ago and was told to "watch it and see if it comes back". When shown the tree recently, I was asked to "PROVIDE THE PURCHASE RECEIPT" which I no longer have!!!!!!! I hope this was just the action of one "wrong-headed" employee and not a reflection of Pine Ridge! As mentioned earlier, the Company is, otherwise, ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC!!! Once it arrived he came back out Thursday, once again working around my schedule and quickly replaced it. While there, he even looked at some faucets that had water flow issues and a backed up drain and handled all of them. He was extremely friendly. His prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to some of these larger companies around here that charge an arm and a leg just for simple items.
