In what seemed like 30 minutes, the piano was out the door and strapped onto a custom trailer -- the height was perfect and the instrument was secure. When arriving to the piano's new home, it was set up, again, in under an hour. The team worked together well and the entire process was seamless. You'd think I spent an outrageous amount of money for all of this -- the pricing was reasonable considering the project. I couldn't be more pleased. From the moment I walked in, I was honestly shocked. The environment, the layout, the cleanliness, it didn't even feel like a pawn shop. It was one of the nicest retail spaces I've ever been in, period. Super modern, well-organized, and welcoming. The pictures don't do it justice! The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. No pressure, no attitude, just great people who clearly care about their customers and take pride in their work. One thing that really stood out to me is that this place is veteran and family owned, and you can absolutely feel that in the way they run their business. It's honest, respectful, and has that personal touch you rarely find these days. On top of that, the deals were unbeatable. I found exactly what I was looking for (and a couple of things I didn't even know I wanted) at prices way better than retail. The selection was solid, and everything was clean, clearly priced, and well taken care of. This place completely changed how I think about pawn shops. I popped in thinking I would just look at the shinies and not get anything. I was so wrong. The owners are wonderful and friendly and showed me lovely pieces, all reasonably priced. I found a fun moonstone ring, a pendant set with a large citrine and small amethyst, and a pair of green amethyst earrings (same color as the citrine). Then I saw the tiny ring in the middle - a beautiful Edwardian setting with a clear white topaz. The owner said "I love that piece, we've had that forever and it never fits anyone." I tried it on and it fit perfectly. She said, "that is beautiful on you, make me an offer on it." I did, she said "done"! The stones don't show well in the photo but they are all clear and have lovely sparkle. I even went back to get a necklace for the pendant.
