All while in the store. All within fifteen seconds of checking out. All of this on the camera and in front of people. Employees refused to give me a new pack. Feels so wrong and I am disgusted. It's really unhygienic and scummy. I had to pay for two packs and only received one fresh pack. I spend hundreds of dollars a month here and feel so confused and upset. No one reached back out from corporate so unless someone reaches out soon I will have to chargeback on my credit card. Don't buy disposable vapes or anything that can be tampered with at this Henny Penny. Disgusting.
