The contactor element on the fakes is a shiney gold as opposed to the dull gold color on the real pod. The liquid is also darker. The batch code is stamped on in a diffrent font notice the # 3. Unfortunately none of this is noticeable until you open the pack up. People are genuinely using theese pods to quick smoking and they are selling knock off Chinese pods that god knows what is in them.
