I have sciatica and disc herniations. The laundromat would not let me take the cart to the car so i could put my laundry bags and i had to ask someone to help me bring it inside. For the machines, they are more expensive than the up to date laundromats elsewhere. The machines also just dump the detergent in, no holding compartment. Pro: open 24 hours with free parking lot Cons: pricer than others and old machines My apartment dryer is still not fixed so I had to come out to do my laundry. I had been to one other place but they were so busy last time I went that I don't bother going back. This one was convenient but costs more. I had to come in and pick up my dry cleaning anyway (they typically do a good job, I've been coming to them for dry-clean for years despite the price). Laundry service was a different story... I immediately noticed that even if you set the washer settings to hot water, your clothes will still come out cold - and wet too (spin cycle appears to have left the chat). The dryer experience was even more frustrating. I had the exact same amount of laundry to dry at the other place (I won't name the place but I've only ever reviewed one other laundromat) and what took 18 min there took 35 min to dry here -- doubled in time and cost. I remember those college years when I accumulated dirty clothes for a month until I dragged myself (and my laundry bag) to the laundromat. It was torturous. But somehow, this place was tolerable. In fact, it's fun to do laundry here. You can sit on the benches they have here, or go to Fay Da next door for a milk tea quickie. You can go to the supermarket next door (the other way) and buy your groceries for the week. You can even go to East Manor and GET YO DIM SUM ON! Guys listen. If you dry your clothes, you gotta stay there and watch your dryers. Otherwise the owner (an old Chinese guy) will replace your clothes with someone's (probably customers who pay him) and then put your wet clothes back in when he done using YOUR DRYERS. Prices were decent. They have tables for folding and a vending machine for snacks. There's also a seating area. The good thing about this is the parking lot. You don't have to look for parking and you could just bring it right in. The place itself isn't that clean but of course you c any find a really clean laundromat that has decent prices. read more

DO NOT go to this laundry!!!! There is a old Asian guy with very bad attitude!! I went there for just two times. The first time I heard someone argue with him because the dryer was not working at all, and that old guy refused to admit there was something wrong with the machine. The second time I went there with the same problem!!the dryer is not working!! I spent 12 quarters (72 mins) and the clothes were still WET! The old guy said there is NOTHING wrong with his machine. Open 24/7, free (but sometimes limited) parking, has a bathroom, a sink, televisions, games, and vending machines. It's clean, always staffed, and they break large bills for you. What more could you ask for from a laundromat? But, they're a bit expensive. $2 for the small washer, and the dryers give you only 6 minutes for your quarter, and don't get very hot. read more

Sadly, we don't have the time to do our own laundry anymore. I must admit that I'd always enjoyed doing laundry. It was the only household chore that I did not dread or loathe. In my slacker days I used to sit in front of the drier and watch it spin round and round and round. Star Laundromat. 24 hours means I can pick up our laundered clothes anytime. These laundered clothes are always clean as can be, considering that every item I own has a coffee splatter stain. They are reasonably priced. They'd earn an A OK three star rating but for the fact that they recovered a very expensive watch that I had lost a couple of weeks ago. GF gave it to me awhile back and I wore it every day. I was so heartbroken and I couldn't keep telling GF that it was only temporarily misplaced. I came to believe it was gone forever. I picked up the laundry today and there my cherished watch was clasped around twisted part of the bag. People too often suck when it comes to this kind of situation. You will find me here once every two weeks. Although there is closer laundromat just around the corner of my house, I'm still willing to drive 10 mins to this one simply because of the machines. The ample stainless steel washers and dryers just looks and feel more diesel than the typical cleaner joint. Prices did go up a little bit but still reasonable. Staff is always willing to split bills for you and hand you the restroom key as long as you're doing laundry. There are negligible pac-man arcade booth, drink vending machine, and low volume TVs, to help kill some time. I'm probably asking for too much, but if they had free wi-fi, it will easily be a 5 star laundromat. read more

Been going to this Laundromat for well over 10 years. I have seen it go from a very good clean laundromat with reasonably priced good running machines to overpriced and unreliable machines. This is the second week in a row where I had a bad dryer and received no help from the attendant. The washing machines are lousy as there is no hot water and not enough water to adequately wash your clothes. Do not use this laundromat unless you don't care about getting your clothes clean and how much money you waste. read more

Don't waste your time!! I came here today to get some laundry done. Since it was a quite day I suggest a friend come with me as well. Unfortunately for her the dryer she used stopped multiple times and she had to wait a longer time period. To add to her stressful experience the worker which she explained the situation to just said "I believe you, but I can't help you" he didn't look into what was wrong with the machine, he insisted that she can talk to the manager tomorrow but he couldn't even reimburse her for the lost change for her items to be placed in a new dryer. Of course, as it happen again he sees her move her items to a new dryer he says "it happened again"...no idiot she must like to move her clothes/items from one place to the other, put more change in the machine and sit around. Will not be coming here again. Goodluck even getting the employees name and a business card. read more

If there is zero star I will rate zero start. I saw the Chinese guys put in dirty carpets n dog pets on washing machine. I told to store owner about it but they don't care. Its Inconceivable. It's very NOT healthy. I don't understand why the store owner don't prevent it. The laundry is provide for people to used clothes or room stuffs etc.. I have been going to this Laundromat for years but may have gone for my last time. This place has been in decline over the last year that it's obvious that the owner has lost interest in it. The machines are breaking down and it's tough to get a cart that rolls correctly. Also if you want hot water or enough water good luck. I asked the attendant if the water was on and he simply said water is in there see. I looked inside and yes the clothes where wet but that's all. Not enough water. After I inserted enough money and start machine , the machine run but no water, about 8 minutes ,I found it and told the boss ,the boss did't help me, after I finished the wishing ,I found my clothes need wash again ,the boss not free for my second time.She said it's not her bad machine, only because I pressed hot and cold button at the same time, but I only selected the hot cycle.
