I ended up with disgusting nails. Granted, I asked to be squeezed in which worked perfectly with their schedule for an occasion, & I was grateful. But, a few hours after getting my nails done, my nail beds were hurting for almost 2 full days. The nail tech nearly cut into my nail plate while cutting down my nails. My nail separated from the tip he put on almost immediately... which he noticed. But, he was so intrigued by the football game going on , he kept working. On the second day of having them, the polish turned bright yellow overnight... they were dingy yellow immediately leaving the salon, but I never expected them to end up like this.... My sweet niece treated me to a pedicure and although this was not the initial place we were to be serviced, this is the one that was available. Can I say, the gentleman that performed my service did me an INJUSTICE!!! What he did, I could have done for myself- he did not bother to locate the remote so that I could enjoy the chair's feature amongst the main thing- a SHODDY pedicure !! Staff was VERY friendly, but it was the service as to why I went as well as why I was HIGHLY disappointed!!! read more

This salon is following COVID protocol by: 1) Appointments only. 2) Screening procedures such as temperature checks, questionnaire, masks & no visitor with client. They limit the number of clients in the salon for safety. I dropped my Dad off for a pedicure & went back in about 45 minutes. They took great care of him and made him feel comfortable & relaxed. I've used this salon before when visiting in Laurel and have been pleased every time. Professional, clean, courteous salon and staff. Very nice workers and atmosphere. My sister and I got shellac/gel nails and pedicures. They look great! There were many polishes to chooses from, and they were helpful in making sure the gel and regular polish matched. It was very crowded as it was the day before Mother's Day, but the business ran smooth and efficiently. I would go as early as possible to avoid waiting. It's hard to believe this pretty place was an old video store. read more

This place is ok. I've only had my nails done twice, but by the same person (Lisa). There is one worker who is not very friendly which is obviously important. I've been wearing artificial nails for 30+ years. I know there's no such thing as perfect, however my nails couldn't look any better. I'm highly impressed with her work! As far as the atmosphere goes, it's nothing special ‍. I would recommend this place if you want quality work and you're not there to be friends with anyone than you've found your place. I had my nails done by Lisa about four weeks ago, was very happy with them. I tried to make an appointment before I left that day for a follow up in about four weeks, was told that they don't take appointments. I went back on Tuesday to have them redone but Lisa was not working. The girl who was there said it would be better to have her do them. So I made another trip today (30 miles) to have Lisa do my nails. She was busy so I said I'd wait. After about 10 minutes, Lisa told me I would need to come back tomorrow, she was too busy today, she had a lady coming in at 11:30 for an appointment, hmmm, didn't think they took appointments. I told her I couldn't, she said to come back at 1:30, why should I wait for3 1/2 hours while she had her appointments that she wouldn't let me make. No complaints on their work but their customer service sure needs improvement. Won't be going back there. From now on, I'll go where I can make an appointment. read more
