I wanted to test out their basic service before I committed to a more costly service so I went in for a Trim and Polish for my toes. It cost me $10. Now that cost would've been reasonable if they did a good job. However, I would've been better off doing it myself. Not only did they NOT trim my toe nails, they were very careless with painting (see images). I got white polish and the top coat they used turned the white yellow AND the top coat didn't even cover the entirety of each nail, so the color ended up being yellow with white trimmings. Further, they did not paint my whole mail to begin with or cleaned up the edges. My 13 year old daughter would've done a better job.
