Karim and Brittney have been so good to my daughter. They encourage her and help her manage her chronic pain. My daughter was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and it was a very scary and uncertain time for both of us. Karim and Brittney have been a source of strength and calm in a very uncertain time for my daughter. I will always be thankful for the care and compassion they continually show for my daughter. Which is the standard practice for all doctors. The person on the phone could not look that info up then so she advised me - we would call you a day before your appointment and we can find this info the . No calls until 4.30 pm the day before, when I called in. The lady says - yes I have not been able to make my calls yet. When I asked about how much I would owe for my visit tomorrow. She says - I can tell you when you come in tomorrow. I said - I like to avoid surprises before my visit. She mentions - we don't have you insurance info here. She proceeds to tell me - she has 2 other patients in the office. So she is not sure if she can get the payment info for me. This is not a good way to make the first impression. Please follow through on what you committed. 1. The insurance info provided at the appointment booking should be saved. 2. Patients should not have to chase the payment info. You should be able to provide atleast an estimate (we understand this info can change) 3. Finally, why would you make it so shady and not be transparent about how much you would be charging. Customers have a right to transparent charges information. I really was looking forward to this and I hope they improve their new customer experience.

This place is Amazing!!!! After major back surgery, I…read morefoolishly rushed myself back into work. Just after 2 weeks, I was back on medical leave and in a great deal of pain. My surgeon thought I had re-injured my back, I was crushed. Apex took the time to review my file, giving me a full physical evaluation. They discovered I didn't injure my back again , rather other muscles were over compensating, causing me a great deal of pain. They built a plan based on my complete needs, not just focusing on my back. This recovery was the hardest and most humbling thing I have ever done. There were days I didn't want to go to Physical therapy. The pain was so bad, I asked myself if it was really helping. My teen daughter was the one who told me, " just show up Mom and do your part." I'm so glad I did. Every day I got stronger and the pain would get less & less. Rubén, worked with me and the Doctors helping me to laugh and reminding me it will get better.
