Anyway, he checked my old battery and it was dead, and it took him about 5 minutes to put it in! AND he saved me about $150 OVER 1-800-Battery! Then I check again for their arrival time it says 18 minutes, then 4 minutes then another 17 minutes. I requested the service at 1 pm, it's 3 pm and they never showed up. They never answered their phone to tell us their ETA nor they reached out to apologize for the constant delay. Finally one of the neighbors ended up helping us with the battery.
