I come here almost every morning, greeted when i get my chance to go up to the counter and order my drink. The staff is friendly every morning, come to think of it do they ever have bad days? haha. Parking is usually empty the morning i go around 7:30 so no complaints here but when you go in the afternoon its a different story. Great location too, you have smaller stores in the plaza and close to the major banks so doing your errands is a breeze. The best thing about this starbucks is the drinks are always consistent the day before, which i really enjoy because the drink never comes out bad. Review based on COUNTLESS visits. Starbucks is Starbucks. They serve most everything other ones serve. However, the quality of the drinks is highly dependent on the baristas. If you can taste the difference in drinks, this is the Starbucks you should be at. I've been to all the other Starbucks in the area, and this is the only place that consistently serves quality drinks. There's a few not-so-great ones here and there, mostly due to baristas-in-training, but much better than the other ones. The black tea, as well as many other drinks, is CHANGED, and does not just sit there all day(black tea becomes very bitter when it sits too long) like at other Starbucks. Drinks are always filled nearly to the cap, if isn't at the cap already. The baristas are nice and are willing to make your drink over if you don't like it or add more _____ as long as you ask nicely. The music is a bit loud though, as sometimes you can't hear your drink being called. The store is usually packed, both sitting and standing. A lot of smokers outside as well. Parking usually isn't an issue, as it is in a huge plaza and away from all the other busy stores. Overview: Consistently good quality. Friendly baristas, willing to remake your drink if you ask nicely. Medium sized store, but often crowded inside and out. Parking isn't an issue at most times of the day. read more

This place needs an updated review. I come to this location pretty often and as the days go by, the place gets dirtier and dirtier. Now the women's restroom is out of order and it's been out of order for over 1 week. The restroom is so dirty I almost barfed from the odor. It's really bad. I can't come back anymore. Staff is great and quick! The patio is very loud-lots of people speaking very loudly and smoking. Ew! But inside its quiet.

One of my least favorite spots I frequent. Namely because it's always packed, music too loud, and not nearly enough outlets. Sitting outside means your lungs will get filled with vape and cigs. read more

Starbucks was my addiction for the longest time..and i have tried a lot of difference locations. However, this location always makes my usual PERFECT. Everytime i go to other starbucks they made it too bitter or too sweet. Not only does this place make their drinks good but they give the best service. Always greeting us with a smile and have a good attitude. Whenever I crave starbucks I would always drive to this one on valley even though i have a starbucks right across the street from my house AND school..nothing beats this one! :D read more

Came in a few mornings ago and there were at least 2 baristas behind the counter "making drinks"... I was the only customer waiting for my drink while Marisa was too busy talking to another customer? I waited at least 7 minutes for an ice americano, with no customer in front of me.. because the other barista was too busy stacking up on cups, while Marisa was too busy chitchat if it up... both baristas knew I was waiting impatiently.. but none gave a care! read more

This is a nice place to have coffee and meet friends, but there is a drawback that some customers stay in the shop long time of more than two hours or more which made the coming in new customers find no seat to stay. The management should establish a rule to limit some Inconsiderate customer who occupied the seat long time and do not want to leave. read more

Older gentlemen were occupying seats outside, Young-ins on the inside. I've never seen so many laptops used in one place! It felt like a LAN-party for laptop users only. Yea I'm a nerd, getover it. Arrived here one early morning before a meeting. Let me just say old man hangout. I mean, there were at least 20 or so older gentlemen, all smoking, hanging out front of the store. I am all about community, but really? Parking was fine, the service was friendly, and in the end you wind up with the same cup of Starbucks you are likely to get elsewhere. I have been here previously about three times. I normally order my coffee through the app to save time and be out of here quickly. Today however I ordered my coffee 10 minutes prior to me arriving. After asking the barista for my order she said oh it didn't go through I'll make you a new one. So after searching for about three minutes she said oh yes it did come through just that somebody else took it and she smiled and walked away. In my head I'm thinking this has never happened. Starbucks charges about $5 for a cup of coffee. The drinks aren't that impressive. Even their lattes and frapuccinos. Yet, the line inside snakes around the tables to the door. The drive thru is packed 24/7. I don't get it. read more

The coffee is good. The only problem with this place is that it is always so crowded. I try and come here to get some work done but it is almost always impossible to find a spot here. I went during the week of the 50% off frappucino and the male cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE! I didn't expect quick service or anything and I had a long order. So I got to the register and I told him I have a long order. Immediately he told me I can only get 5. WHY WOULD THEY ONLY LIMIT ME TO 5 DRINKS? I told him that's not possible, and he immediately said "you can talk to my supervisor" so I told him I would wait. He rolled his eyes and gave me attitude. Then he told me to move aside. I never review a Starbucks unless it bad. However I need to mention how I liked this location. The store itself was very busy so I expected it to be slow service and perhaps dirty. But to my surprise it wasn't. Only 1 person in the register and 2 making the orders. I received my drinks very fast, they were delicious just like I ordered them. And best of all the pick up station and preparing space was very clean. I really liked that since most locations I've been to are dirty and sticky. I went in on a Saturday evening asking if I can buy a bag of coffee grounds. I was told they don't sell the grounds only the items in the bags which were whole beans. After I got home, I found out from my niece, who used to work at a Starbucks, that they may have already cleaned the grinder and were telling me that fiction so they didn't have to clean the grinder again.
