Ever since COVID, Starbucks locations have all been closing so super early and it's a bummer -- I miss the days when Starbucks closed at 10 or 11. Now -- most close before sunset. Fortunately, I was able to find this location that closed at 9 and it was literally the only location in the area that opened late. I wanted to get some studying done so I got here and as always on evening time, the cafe was pretty empty. I ordered my usual iced shaken espresso and was able to crank out a lot of work. The baristas were really nice despite they were closing down and I was able to stay until 5 minutes before closing. Also -- this Starbucks didn't crank up the AC like many other locations. Ugh!!! It's Starbucks like this that set the bar too high! Lately I have been over my only 2 local locations in Pooler,GA. They take a minimum of 15 minutes per order, the order is never correct, and the breakfast is always cold or wet... no idea why! Then I travel for work and come to dreamy little locations like this one where I order online, arrive 5 minutes later, spend a whopping 70 seconds in the drivethru line, am greeted by a sweet smiley man, and my coffee and breakfast are the best they've ever done! Makes me sad to go back to Pooler!! But, good news is, this location is right next to my office so I shall await the next perfect visit! Keep up the great work people! You're killing it! read more

So I just left this location where I asked for a cup a filtered water. I saw the young lady cleaning the counter glass display, touch the garbage to fix it or change it out AND THEN take my order and smash her hands over the lid. I very nicely pointed out all I saw her do before preparing my drink and she embarrassingly went and washed her hands. I guess something's was said over the headset because next thing, another employee came (who had also just been wiping down the counter and had also not washed her hands either) with the cup of water which was baffling to me. Maybe they have something against serving with clean hands. Anyway, tables were not clean and very sticky and as for behind the counter err that didn't look too desirable either although the glass was shining. I doubt I'll be back to this location and will definitely not be ordering through the drive through. If you do go in and reasonable cleanliness is important to you make sure to watch then like a hawk. Yuk! Shame, they upgraded the place and took a hit in very basic hygiene. read more

Was going to cut these people some slack as they were very busy. Regardless they should keep the same attitude towards anyone making a simple request for a cup of ice water. They had made my drink wrong, tasted like 99% milk and 1% coffee. When asked for a remake or a shot of espresso, I was told I had to pay at the counter. Was met with bad attitude when asked for a cup of ice and then I proceeded to pay $3 for a shot of espresso when they made my drink completely wrong. The drink was "iced" with about 3 ice cubes and was like a cooled down hot coffee. Will not be returning here for a coffee again. read more

I'm loving this new Starbucks. Before this one opened....and before the one across from Avalon opened... I had to drive all the way to State Bridge, Windward, or Crabapple for a drive through! #firstworldproblems Now, this is definitely the most convenient location to me--and to all the shoppers in the North Point Mall Area. I have to agree with the other reviewers that the baristas are pretty friendly here...which is always greatly appreciated. All my drinks from this location have been made promptly and tasted good. Perfect fn latte!!!! I risked my life for this. I've been a frequenter of this location for the past 3 years so I decided if I was to take a chance I would go with a place I trusted. This Starbucks always gets it right and even with the location off the freeway the patio in the am is quite peaceful. It's always clean though I don't go inside much and their customer service is on point. For someone who used to grab Starbucks daily if not twice daily this has brought so much joy. (I'm being dramatic but I made Starbucks a part of my life). My mom now has her own account because I haven't been in so long. (She caved in before me but she's also a medical professional so I get it, I'd need my latte as well for what she's been going through) Thanks to Starbucks for being open and always updating on how they're helping and how they're keeping things going. Thanks to the staff for being brave af. And I probably overdid this review because besides my own barista and cooking skills I've had nothing else to review on here. I have never been inside this starbucks but i do go through the drive thru almost daily. It moves pretty fast even if there's a long line.They haven't gotten my order wrong ...YET *knock on wood* and Ive ordered different things like the protein boxes, croissants, lattes frapps and my favorite, the passionfruit iced tea. I drive past like 10 locations on my way to work and it says a lot that I choose this one. Outstanding service from everyone on shift! Me and my girlfriend went through the drive through and ordered 7 different drinks for our coworkers just before they closed. Typically people in the food service industry are very apprehensive about serving customers just before being able to leave but the three workers Milo, Julia, and Eric were outstanding and worked hard despite the annoyance of our order and what time it was. They were the kindest and most efficient staff I've had at a Starbucks which speaks loud because I didn't even have to go inside to get this quality of service. People like those 3 really reassure customers all over with their patronage anywhere, especially at a place with lots of repeat customers like Starbucks. I hope one of their "higher-ups" reads this and something good comes their way because they made our night. 11/10 make sure to look out for any of these 3! read more

The worst location to pick up mobile order. I placed my order thru mobile to come in to pick up on my break and the baristas was not seeing my order and when they do see it she tells me that several orders are in front of mind and I would have to wait even though I already was waiting 10 min for them to get my order. I asked for a refund bc i could not wait any longer but the barista then tells me she can't refund and i would need to call the 800 number.. which is ridiculous!!! I refused to accept that and demanded a refund. Finally she does something in her system which allowed her to give me a credit the order placed. Such a waste of time and energy. What is the point of placing a mobile order if my order is not being sent to the store in a timely manner. I wasted my break, gas, and time placing a mobile order at this location. Unacceptable. Not to mention i used points on this order so when she refunded my order I received less and my points were taken and not returned. I feel like I have visited every Starbucks within a two mile radius of any 400 exit. This one takes the cake! I never thought I would write a review for Starbucks, unless it was a negative review but, the staff here are friendly and helpful. I often order using my mobile app, and it is always ready for me when I arrive. They have NEVER messed up an order which is shocking considering that I have probably been in at least 30 times (I work down the street... don't judge me haha) and because I always have a complicated order. BUT... the best part, they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS wish me a good day. I walk in, grab my preordered drink from the counter, and the barista will be busy doing a thousand other things and still smiles and says "Have a great day!" with a genuine tone. This location is what Starbucks used to be and should always be. It's CLEAN and operated by friendly and skilled employees. They make my coffee correctly, and I'm sure that if they didn't, it would be no problem to get a do-over. Yes, clean. A big deal to me. I also like to know that if I use the unisex loo that I'm not walking into a pee-zone from having to share space with the dudes. Not a problem at this place. I bought a Starbucks plastic cup to help save nature and each time I've come to this Starbucks they completely ignore my cup or have been inconsistent with order. I normally don't do reviews like this but this has happened twice in one week! What's the point of buying this cup if my order is ignored? The manager was very helpful last time but the second time time not so much. I'm not sure if the employees are not trained enough to know what the cup means but I would for them to be trained more to keep things more consistent. read more

This place is never consistent with making their drinks! I order a Cappuccino every time and every time it is different. Today it was all milk could barely taste coffee and no foam!!! A waste of my money!!! Lot's of times the cup is only 3/4 filled and I have to ask for more warm milk and foam. They get it wrong 8 out of 10 times!!! I go thru the drive through so it is a pain to take the drink back, which I never do. I am going to have to taste the drink in my car before I leave the window and return it. This is the only Starbucks that I go to where they never add Caramel to my Caramel Macchiatos! It always tastes like black coffee. And I order it with extra caramel. I don't have time to keep going back to have them remake it as I'm on my way to the highway. I spend a lot of money with Starbucks as a company in general but I'll have to avoid this location for my morning coffee. They can never get it right. Really disappointed that I've wasted so much money on several occasions for them to keep getting my order wrong. I will say that the service is friendly, but if you can't get my order right each time that's a problem. read more

Horrible experience. I went through drive through and they had my order on the screen correct as an iced drink however when I got to the window they gave me a hot drink. They asked me to pull around but when I did there was so many cars I had to park and go into the store. I ordered my drink with coconut milk and have no confident in this team. I had the Tomato and Mozzarella on focaccia. The picture looks NOTHING like the sandwich I received. The picture shows two small sandwiches, each having a piece of spinach, some tomato and a slice of mozzarella, mine was not cut in half to make two small sandwiches, had only one slice of mozzarella, one spinach leaf, and a couple of dried tomatoes in the center of the bread. Not impressed. The drive thru is generally a mess - literally. By that, I mean each time, my drink is handed to me literally dripping, where the cup is going to make a mess in my car. Wipe off the cup! Additionally, it's fairly slow. I'm not coming here at peak time (4p on a Saturday) and still wait for 10 minutes). Stopped by to get a coffee for my boss and was blown away by their customer service! I pulled up to the drive they and was greeted by the friendliest employee I've ever interacted with. The store is beautiful. The drinks are what you expect from this chain. The service is the problem. Not bad in the AM but evening was a different experience. I was in town for a concert and we stopped by. The young woman who waited on us was rude beyond anything I have seen at a Starbucks. I called after we left and asked to speak to manager on duty. Guess what!!! She was the so called shift leader ! I was floored and she was just as rude on the phone. Good thing I can take my business elsewhere when I visit the area.
