However the wait for me and my friends' food (we each got one drink and one pastry) took a very long time, maybe 20 minutes or more. When our orders finally came out I had to ask again for my breakfast bow and for my drink to be the correct size I ordered. My friend had to get her iced chai remade because it tasted like plain milk with nothing added to it. The staff was accommodating and nice but it put a damper on things to wait a long time just for coffee (our group was only second in line when we arrived) and to go back to the counter to ask for things to be remade/our pastries.
