One month later and once again another negative experience with the same person. Someone take that woman off drive thru ordering!!! She is NOT good with customers!! She has no idea how to be nice or talk to people and if she's the GM she needs to position herself somewhere other than DT ordering during peak hours so she can actually be attentive to the things that are going on in the store. Went today around 1:30pm and waited in the drive thru behind 4 cars, as I was waiting in line I figured I'd place my order on their mobile app to get my order in quicker and just pay threw my phone. I reached the speaker and said I had placed my order on The mobile app. The girl told me if my order wasn't ready by the time I reached the window I'd have to park?.. mind you there was still 4 cars in front of me and this has never been an issue before at ANY other Starbucks they always tell me their working on it and to pull forward, I didn't understand the difference of me placing my order as I did, or at the speaker ? They would have given me my 2 drinks at the window still if I would have placed it at the speaker , well I waited 5 more minutes and got to the window and they asked me to park because my drinks were still not ready, and said it was policy that drive thru orders were priority over the mobile order but I had already been waiting for about 10 minutes total in the line just as ALL the other customers.. but I still parked and then 5 minutes later no one brings it out so I call and they said we never park cars, that the order taker was meaning to tell me to go back around in the drive thru AGAIN, and make me wait another 10-15 minutes to receive my simple 2 NON-custom berry refresher drinks ? being in a rush I ended up just getting out to go inside to get them, if that was a policy they could have at least let me know this time, and still made my drinks and just handed them to me at the window since I had already waited in the drive thru for all that time , being a very loyal customer, this was a very upsetting visit at this Starbucks. We got on mango dragon fruit without nooooo dragon fruit and the lady tells us it taste the same just we didn't put the fruit?! The mango dragon fruit drink looks like WATER and didn't taste good. On top of that we got an ice green tea only withOUT lemonade???! And so I told the lady my order is a green tea with lemonade and so she went to make the drink and brought back the SAME thing ice green tea but it look foaming like she spited in it??? COVID-19 phase: I ordered a tall, nonfat sugar free cinnamon dolce latte. Drive- thru taken. There was a long line. It moved at a slow pace. I got a free latte thanks to their rewards program. When I got to the front the masked worker said it was not ready yet. I used my rewards and waited a little while longer. He handed the drink a bit later and the masked worker was kind and apologized for the wait. Appreciated that! Good service and Great drink! Recommended! read more

Did not make my order correctly. This business is all about special orders, however, my order is far from special. A grande hot breve, no foam. The female barista filled my grande cup half full with foam. A little foam is fine; but a barista who can't handle this 'special' order needs retraining. The barista's attitude and demeanor was not appropriate for an employee who works directly with people. She didn't smile once or look at any customers when serving drinks. Just ordered a matcha lemonade for me and strawberry frapp no whip with coconut milk for my 4 year old. Get to the window and they hand me a Frappuccino with Whip. I apologize to them and say "O sorry it's for him ( and point to my son in the backseat in his carseat) he doesn't eat dairy". Super friendly she takes it back and apologizes. Walks to a sink and just scrapes the whip cream off. Turns around to see me staring at her and then walks out of my view for like 10 seconds. Then comes back and hands me the same drink. I was super bummed that they didn't really give a shit. So I just drove away. I pulled over to scrape top layer of the drink off. But unfortunately there is tons of whip that shot down into the drink. We will head over to bell dr. to get him a fresh one. But this is so lame. The only thing saving this location from receiving one star from me rather than the 3 I have rated them is not only the fact that I love the quality of coffee that Starbucks sells but also the friendly service from their baristas. Other than these two positives, this location is garbage, they have the slowest drive thru out of any place in town and are almost always out of essential items; not just ones that face national "shortage", but also commonplace items such as straws or sleeves. Usually i go through the drive through, but i didn't want to wait in line, so i placed a mobile order (when i never do) and when I walked in, i saw drinks on the counter. I went to look at the names on the drinks, and one of the girls says "don't reach over" and turns away. I back away, and was a bit taken back. It caught me off guard, she was undoubtedly rude and unprofessional. She could of approached it in a different way and tone. Secondly, I'm standing there now, for another 10minutes waiting for a bread. I ask another girl who is standing there, if i could please have my bread so i can leave. She then proceeds to tell me, it wasn't on the order. Knowing she's wrong, i head to my car and grab my phone to show here my order. I show her my phone and she yells out "can someone get a pumpkin bread" the other girl who told me not to reach over, than brings the bread and puts it on counter. Not apologizing; you can see the rudeness in her eyes. I than look at her and ask, "straws" she grabs two and throws them on the counter. Moral of the story, this is your job. You applied to work at Starbucks. You're in customer service. If you do not have the personality for a customer service job, than you shouldn't be working here. Very disappointed. Okay so I went to Starbucks and got the new summer skies drink I know their was only two workers but I was there for like an hour!! Not exaggerating. And they were helping other people while I was just waiting and I had got there before them too. I've had my order messed up several times on drinks. I ask for heavy cream but I can tell they're using half and half or whole milk. Also, picked up some of the sous vide egg bites this morning and they were not heated up properly and were inedible. I was not greeted when I entered this store location. There was a girl just standing there in daze and when I asked if she could get my drink started, she was really rude & said she was busy heating something up. This something was just sitting there on the counter. The drink miss grumpy made me did not taste right, it was bitter when it was supposed to be slightly sweet. I did not have the time to have her re-make it, I was not in a hurry this particular morning, but had what I thought was going to be less than five minute wait for my drink. I ended up being late to work. Also, the last thing I want to see in the morning is grumpy looking people. None of these people looked happy to be there and ended up putting a bad start to day.
