Coffee is always made quickly. But, I get a cheese danish and I'd like to add strawberry syrup on it. A tiny drizzle. The the short haired i guess manager who works there said I couldn't get a tiny side of the strawberry purée. I'm so confused why I wouldn't be able to buy this as a separate purchase. I've gone to this Starbucks since it opened or should I say used to. I prefer driving the extra mile or so to Sayville just to avoid the attitudes employed there. Lindsay is a great manager have always had pleasant conversation over the years. However, some of the staff and I should be specific some females employed there have an air of rude dismissiveness that I find judge-mental. Ever so often for convenience I will go there and if certain long time staff are working I know what to expect. The Flat White is a drink best poured very slowly. The Starbucks Queen of this drink is Sammie,at the Bayport location. Perfect pour every time ( or she does it over ). Terrible terrible service! The baristas are extremely rude and act annoyed when you go in to pick up a mobile order. On multiple occasions I've waited 5-10 minutes at the mobile pick up area--when I say 'excuse me, I'm here to pick up my mobile order' because I can clearly see my order sitting there the entire time, they get annoyed then place the coffee down and do not say anything. I stopped by the other day for my first time with my fiancé. We both ordered a caramel apple spice drink with extra caramel and we both enjoyed the drinks. The 2 guys working there were very nice and polite. The place was also very clean, in front and behind the counter.
