My friend and I came in to get some coffee. We stood there for almost 10 minutes while the staff just talked and laughed right in front of us. So this girl asked them to take our order and Amy said "huh?" "What do you need me to do?" Like as if we weren't right in front of her. We took our order at 12:33pm and didn't get it till 1:00pm. Why is this location so slow? Even when they aren't busy. You have to stand there and make eye contact if you placed a mobile order. And they don't have it ready. They are also slow if you walk in and order & especially slow in the drive thru. The employees have always been pleasant, no issue there, just need to get in sync or something to cut down on excessive wait times. We visited this location this morning and the employees working the window were terrible. First they were very confused while we ordered simple drinks, then they just kept talking over me. When we got to the window they handed me the first of 4 drinks. We waited a while longer and the second came, it was a hot drink and they didn't put a sleeve on it, almost burning my hand. We had to ask for the sleeve and then for drink stoppers, we also never got a drink carrier. While we waited for the last two drinks the employee was hanging out of the window trying to catch a glimpse of some nice cars then started pacing and punching her hand saying time is moving so slow and she wanted to PUNCH EVERYONE IN THE FACE! We finally got our last two drinks as she hands them out she says "you're good to go" instead of apologizing for a nearly 15 minute wait. read more

I just went to Starbucks locates at 455 E FM 1382, cedar hill, Tx 75104 and it reminded me of why I never eat out. We got to the window and noticed the cashier grabbing everyone's cups by placing her hand snug on the top of the lids where we have to drink from. She was not wearing gloves and had her hands in her pockets while waiting for the drinks. Not only is it disgusting to handle money then food without washing your hands but there's also a pandemic going on. The cashier had an attitude when I asked for my money back. read more

Friendly staff here & they make my drinks perfect . Only downside is sometimes the drive/thru can be crowded & they move a bit slow.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've been to a pretty slow one! Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to me, but thankfully there's a Dunkin Donuts not too far from it. People get trapped in parking since the lines both inside and outside (drive thru) were so long. The place is a crowded mess inside. Thinking about placing a mobile order to save time? Ha! Even mobile ordering can't save you because they won't call out the order, they'll just place it down thinking you'll scope through other people's coffees, forcing you to wait in line like the rest of the customers. I will give this Starbucks another try in the future, which will determine whether I should really rate it 1 star or 3. Until then, this location is getting 2 stars from me. read more

I live closer to the Desoto location, but this location usually knows how to make my favorite drinks taste good, so it was worth the drive. The drive-thru wait time is not as pleasant. Though, I did walk-in last week with a mask, and it was actually quicker than the drive-thru line. read more

Why do I keep going to this Starbucks location? It's a horrible location, the line wraps around the building and blocks the entrance and parking to other businesses. And it's a single Lane with a curb where you cannot ditch out of the line if you want to. Once you're in you're stuck no matter how long they take. Today I waited for 30 minutes plus to get my coffee and breakfast item. I sat at the menu for 5 minutes before they would even take my order. Sat at the window for at least 5 minutes before they even came to the window to take my money. They had to ask me what my order was at the window because they didn't know. When I got my food it was cold. I was getting honked at. But every single time I go to this location they are the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I know Starbucks is not known to be really fast in the Drive-Thru, but it can't be like this anymore this is awful. They need better management NOW. read more

In the drive thru I ordered the cold brew,grande with an extra shot of expresso and stirred. When I got to the window my coffe was 3 different colors. I said oh could you please stir it. The lady looked at me and slowly swirled the glass around, stared at me and handed it to me. I probably come to this store at least 3 times a week. Ive never been treated so rudely. My favorite person there is Miesha....not sure if I spelled it right. She is always pleasant and goes out of way to provide great service. read more

This 'Bucks is phenomenal when it comes to customer service. The lines can look scary long, but they go quick! The employees there are efficient and the friendliest. I've never been greeted with less than complete enthusiasm from someone who seems to enjoy their job. And I drive through here at least 3 times a week. I also frequent the one in Mansfield on Debbie once a week, and while no one has ever been rude, they certainly don't have the level of customer service the Cedar Hill location does. And that's saying something because customer service in CH is severely lacking in most places. People who give this location on star - I have to wonder who peed in their cheerios that morning because those reviews are not consistent with what I know. And I go there often. read more

Their drive-thru is pretty efficient and I rarely have to wait or get an incorrect drink. Inside their cafe is a total opposite. It is often in dire need of a good cleaning. They could also pay more attention to the customers point of view with their product presentation. The staff is typically very friendly and look to be attentive to the customers. Inside I wait longer for my drinks, so imagine all sense of urgency is only to the drive-thru customers. This one of the better out of the two close to my mother-in-law that I visit. read more

I've been visiting this location for a few years now, and have always received great service. The baristas are always friendly and are really great about changing drinks if you hate what you ordered. A few of them once knew me by name, but as this location has a high turnover, I never bother with breaking in the new faces. It gets ridiculously crowded on Sundays, and some of the other patrons firmly believe that they are hanging out in their living rooms as opposed to sitting in a neighborhood Starbucks, but it's a generally good spot. read more

This was my favorite spot until I went in 12-8-2018 and it was ruined by the experience I had by a new employee he actually cursed me out because he got our order wrong, the manager clearly went to him and told him what the order was supposed to be and he still made it wrong and when we asked for the correction he got upset cursed us and started slamming the cups down upset about remaking the order. I have never been treated with such disrespect for spending my money at this business. I told him to give us our money and that we would go to uptown and spend our money, but a coworker steped in and made out drink with no problem, he was very professional about the incident. The drive thru lady was kind as well, she had Mr. Rude go to drive thru and took his place. The manager came back in and she didnt gave a DAMN about how he treated us. WORST. STARBUCKS. EVER! I travel and have moved around a lot, and have been getting coffee from different Starbucks around the country for 12 years. I had to move to this terrible little town, called Cedar Hill, Tx, about a year ago and have never experienced such consistently terrible service just about everywhere you go. And unfortunately this Starbucks is no different. * They only get your order right about 30% of the time, and when they do get it right it always tastes watered down. Didn't even know that was possible til this place * Staff is never to rarely friendly. * And forget about asking any questions about anything, they all just get a glazed confused look on their face and say they don't know. * They also tend to take abnormally long to make your drinks, so plan on being in line whether inside or out in the drive thru for at least 15 mins * Today I went to buy some of their flavored syrup and was told they do not sell it. Another thing I have done at multiple other locations. I literally, over the last 4 months, have been driving 20+ minutes out of my way to get my coffee from a different location. They either need to shut this place down or have someone come through to properly train the staff and managers. read more

Went to this location today...terrible, terrible service via the drive thru this morning, ugh so frustrating.

This Starbucks is wildly inconsistent in drink quality. I go to Starbucks all across Dallas and the suburbs, I get the same drink every time so I know what it should look like and taste like. A coffee frap with toffee nut syrup added. Pretty basic. Yet, this location can't get it right. I think they're either not following the drink making process correctly or they're not hitting those pumps hard enough. My frap always comes out looking and tasting like a milk shake. Almost no coffee color or flavor at all. One time I asked the girl at the drive thru for a remake because there was hardly any coffee in it. She hands it back to me and I can immediately tell they haven't remade it, but just added coffee base to it. It was dark, thin, and not even a little slushy. Horrible. I asked for my money back and told her someone didn't know how to follow a recipe. She tells me every one there has been with the company at least two years. I replied, "That doesn't mean they know how to make a drink properly." The same thing happened again last time I went. This time I parked and walked back in to complain. Fortunately, the young lady to handled the remake got it right. It's frustrating knowing what a drink should be like and then having someone hand you something you know to be subpar. read more

The morning crew during the week is awesome. They are super fast and very nice. The afternoon and week this place slows down so bad that I've waited more than 30 minutes for coffee. They aren't nice and if they make it wrong they get annoyed. I have the simplest of orders Venti Mocha and I don't know how many times they given me a white mocha and I've even got a carmel latte. I much rather go to the Starbucks in Target and I think a lot of people have caught on because now it's always pack. I still go to this location but not as often as I used too. read more
