The service was good since I got to order and they will bring it to your table once its made. There is plenty of seating and the place has large windows that open up to welcome the outdoors in. There is also plenty of parking to eat in or pickup. I did not drive but it is right on the same lot. The drinks and pastries were good, affordable as well. As for the chai, I don't believe they use fresh black tea but rather a chai flavored syrup. Flavor would be more refreshing with tea bags. Hot chai is alright according to my colleague.
