This location has been a go-to for some time now and Sheri's pleasantness motivated me to write how much I enjoy coming here. Ambiance is great with music, bar style seating, booths, and tables both inside and out. My coffee is always fresh and on occasion when there's a slight difference from what I ordered (or thought I ordered) the staff are very happy to replace the drink. On occasion when they're out of a requested sandwich, an alternative is always offered and I've had som great new ones because of the suggestions. The parking is a bit tricky but there's a big open lot just a few steps beside the main lot. Take a friend and go enjoy your beverage at this location, you won't be disappointed! read more

Horrible customer service and the place was dirty! Someone in front of me ordered the last slice of lemon pound cake and so when I asked the cashier if they had anymore she said no. I asked if they had any in the back, she had a nasty attitude, rolled her eyes and checked. She came back and said they were still frozen. Next I go to order just black coffee, their coffees of the day clearly list Blonde Roast as an option but she said they were only serving Pikes. On top of all this place was very dirty! Welp here goes...decided to visit family in Lancaster, had a gift card from Christmas and decided to try one of their cold beverages. Waited in line for about 30 minutes (expected considering CDC regulations) ordered the blended strawberry lemonade and a blended regular lemonade- both grandes. Drive thru service: Normally I am not picky about service but since it's the notorious "Starbucks" I was surprised at the service lacking in drive thru. I do not like the drive thru service in this particular because they don't sound cheerful when you're ordering. Also tends to cut you off assuming you're only ordering a drink. I mainly come because the coffee is always balanced right and at the end of the day, who really wants to sound like Disney members all 8 hours?? ))) Redemption in service: I ordered a Iced Peppermint Mocha w/ extra shot and they gave me a Iced Mocha with peppermint syrup. It was terrible, Straight sugar. And I knew from the color it wasn't the correct drink. The Iced Mocha did not have that dirty chocolate mocha taste I enjoy from the drink. Round trip to drive thru, they not only accepted the return and gave us ANOTHER drink. Someone left over an Iced strawberry açaí refresher, wow it was delicious for the heat. My partner enjoyed it. NEVER COMING AGAIN!! had to first wait in the drive through line for about 30-45 minutes. Then when I got to window I asked if the drinks were remade and was told no. Then I asked for them to be remade and the lady at the window caught an attitude and said "oh well you'll have to come inside" so I asked why, and she repeated herself, so then I said it won't take a long time to remake 2 SMALL drinks. And she just repeated herself again. So then I asked to speak to the manager to which he came over with the same attitude. His name was Nathan. He then said the same thing she did, and I restated my point, to which he responded passive aggressively telling me to come inside. So I did, and it took a whopping 3 MINUTES! to remake them. Then after I received them I asked for the girls name with the funky lil attitude, and he refused to tell me. I will be calling corporate, and NEVER coming back. We were helped by Akua who was inarguably the rudest, most unfriendliest person I've ever met. You could tell her attitude from the speaker box, without even seeing her. There was no greeting when we arrived at the window. She handed us our bags (didn't say which sandwich was which) and drinks without speaking at all. In fact, she never said not one word to me!!! I paid with my phone and she never thanked me, nor did she ask me if I wanted a receipt - SHE LITERALLY SAID NOTHING!!! If you don't want to work on the day after Christmas, you probably should work at a business that is closed. But when you are representing the Starbucks brand, you had better get with the program! This location is super busy because of the location but the employees handle their work load really well. The crowd is never really hanging out there, they are just in and out because a lot of the customers are just driving by on their Dallas/Austin/SanAntonio drive. I'm doing this review in partial defense of this Starbucks and because I really don't think this place is that bad. I went during lunch on a Wednesday and it wasn't busy at all. I was first in line and got my beverage in under 3 minutes (there were people in front of me who had those super complex orders.) My Americano tasted like a Starbucks Americano. I paid with my Starbucks app and got double stars cuz it's one of the bene's right now. For those of you who frequent Starbucks and don't use the app, definitely would recommend. Staff is nice and they do their job well, I've been several times and they have yet to mess my drink up so cheers to y'all. The place is nice enough, not dirty, and plenty of space to work. On a nice day there is space on the patio for you to gaze upon I-35 or the parking lot next door. I would give no stars if i could. I have never pulled up to order at drive thru and have the worker be so extremely rude to me. I was placing my order and she typed it in wrong and when i tried to correct her she had a horrible attitude about me being wrong about an order i order all the time. Used to be my favorite Starbucks to go everyday for my regular but ever since they hired a full staff of new people maybe even the manager?? the lines take 30 minutes for 5 cars and the drive thru kid at nights Is EXTREMELY rude. Doesn't know anything about greeting a customer, just opens the window, takes the money and hands the drink with no words said.... even after me saying "thank you" very loudly as he handed me the drink, he didn't say ANYTHING and just closed his window. I REALLY think they should fire him. I hoped the drink would redeem the bad experience but they even made a simple pink drink wrong. My drink looked like WHITE MILK. I thought it was just a bad experience but I went back a couple more times at night and theres always the same black boy at the drive thru window acting exactly the same with his rude attitude and no customer interaction. It makes me mad because I used to go there every single day to get my usual and I loved the service and how the old workers treated the customers but now ever since they hired a bunch rude staff, they make the place seem ghetto and terribly managed. I have never been treated so poorly and just never have had such a bad experience at a drive thru Starbucks.
