I asked for a ice water. I said im.willing to.pay. they said they can't serve me ice water unless I order something. Pardon me but isnt ice water a order. I've been refused water here a few times. Disappointed with this Starbucks location today. I've been bringing my dog here for pup cups for a long time and never had an issue, but today I was suddenly told I had to make a purchase first. Was given THE NASTIEST cheese danish!! I have eaten these hundreds of times and have NEVER seen one that looked like this. And to make things worse, the employee put their sticker over the brown part so I would not notice it until I drove away! I called and spoke with the manager who wanted me to drive to them at my inconvenience to have them give me an edible one. She offered no other solutions. I suggested she mail me a refund or gift card. She said she couldn't do it then called me "difficult" after I offered those very reasonable solutions. Employees here are super nice and you're willing to help me with any order that i have questions about Or they make suggestions about what I might like and I always like their suggestions! I am a student, and I do not have Internet at my house, so I come here to use their Internet,which is pretty fast in speed. Sometimes there are no tables and you have to wait for one to clear out but the wait is usually not very long. Most of their business looks like it's through their drive-thru window or people walking in and then walking out with their order! The inside is always pretty clean and there are tons of outlets I can use and it doesn't matter which seat you are in, there's an outlet you have access to for when your battery is low!!! my daughter placed an order for two drinks at the drive thru. My daughter incorrectly ordered my drink and I responded to my daughter "oh! Ok well that's ok. " The lady taking our order replied "I can see you thru a camera and i don't know why your acting that way". when we arrived at the pick up window she had someone else serve our drinks. We asked that she explain to the lady that took our order that nothing was directed at her she responded "I'll tell her and slammed the window She called me out on something that had nothing to do with her and it was extremely rude and uncalled for. Just a heads up for anyone heading to this Starbucks: hours are CONSTANTLY changing with no consistency or reliability. Even more so, they have a mobile ordering option that is unable to be fulfilled unless you're in a car...which would be drive thru only, so you have to do mobile orders through the drive thru...which defeats the purpose and cancels the whole "in store pick up" option. I probably wouldn't post this if it wasn't by a university and people, like myself, may walk there and not drive up to it. read more

I had forgotten that there was even a Starbucks in this location. My order was completed through the mobile app but sadly Sbux still makes mobile orders wait in the drive through line instead of having a designated parking spot for pick ups. For mamas like me, who are on the move, cutting time by ordering ahead is meant to help me streamline my day. I would love it if Starbucks would consider implementing this. But... the order was right and the service friendly. So I will continue to visit this location:-) read more

The baristas are friendly and smiling, the coffee is delicious, and I never have a long waiting time! I love working in the lobby. It's peaceful and the vibe is always welcoming! Will Never Go To Starbucks Again This is the first time I've been to a Starbucks and it was awful. I ordered a small cold brew with cream. I was then corrected that it's a tall I guess. When they served me my drink it just had the cream poured on top and not mixed into the drink. I asked them to mix it and was handed back a drink without it's lid. Spilled half the drink on myself and the other half out the window. I called to complain and they made excuses and didn't even ask to refund my purchase. Terrible way to start a Saturday. This is the closest Starbucks to my house, so I come here a lot. I'm addicted to Iced Blonde Americanos! While the employees are usually friendly, and the location is very convenient, the parking lot is a nightmare. It's impossible to park, and often the line for the drive thru is so long that it extends out into Second Street. So I try my best to come at off peak hours (which is almost never being next to UCO). read more

This is my favorite Starbucks because it is super close to my work. My only thing that drives me nuts is the tiny drive thru. But my orders always come out great and every barista is super nice. I go here semi frequently and they usually make me a perfect drink but last time I went I suspect I was given dairy milk instead of oat milk when my receipt and cup said oat, which caused me to vomit and crap for hours due to their careless mistake as I am lactose intolerant, i went through the drive through and from my perspective they did not look busy but either way it was a careless mistake that did not end well for me. So i go to this store a lot! It's really close by and convenient. Anytime i come what i want is usually available. All of the beverages I've had are good. This time i asked for extra mocha. I was asked if i wanted it on top or inside.. i said both because why not. From time to time, I have to go to OKC. It's nice to stop in at this store and get some drinks and food. I'm not big on getting the espresso drinks; usually I just have drip coffee, water and something to eat while I work away on my laptop. It's also in a good location, a few minutes west of I-35 and near other retail establishments. It's near UCO, so if you come there at certain times, you may have to contend with students for a place to sit, but it's never been a big problem for me. You're going to get the usual great friendly SBUX service here and not much of a wait for drinks or heated food. read more

Hands down the best staff I've ever seen at any Starbucks location. This store is actually quite small compared to other ones but don't let that deceive you, it is awesome. Why is it awesome? The people! The staff are amazing, and their skill shows that even with a lot of customers and a smaller store they outperform any of the other Starbucks. Other stores may be bigger and have more staff but they are still slow and sloppy compared to this one. I've never had my drink made wrong and the people working there have always been fun to talk to. They are so skilled I've watched them take a new hire and train that person to perfection while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. I'm moving across town so I'll no longer use this location, but it goes to show how awesome they are that I'll actually miss them! read more

The baristas here are so friendly and since it's close to a university, a lot of students are their regular patrons. They provide a great environment for students to study with their laptops and with their new renovation the location has turned into a lot more of a conducive environment for studying. read more
